I like that the staff was friendly and that nothing seemed like a bother to them. They were really helpful and offered assistance right throughout without any hesitation.

I did not like the fact that the beach was full very early. I also didn’t like the fact that it’s gaye could not be able to book water sport while I was doing the booking confirmation. I did not like the process of the reservation when I was booking it online. There was a lot of back-and-forth with the different communication channels and it was a bit confusing and frustrating so I would not want to go through that again. Best on the conversations I had to have in regards to payment I thought it was a scam.

Never liked the young lady who spoke to us about the different packages available she was very condescending and rude. She assumed that because we were Jamaicans we couldn't afford the deals

The place was gorgeous and clean. The food was awesome.

The staff was very aggressive in trying to get guests to join the time share program. They would not accept no, and were very relentless from check in to even when checking out.

Location was beautiful, spring break & bus ride from airport to Moon Palace was a night mare but Moon Palace was really nice. Bus ride going back to airport was completely different. Booked rooms very early for 4 but 6 went on trip Tried more than once to find out cost for other two going but never could, said had to wait until we arrived. Would have been a lot better if could have gotten help on this. Had 3 in 2 different rooms & got a king size bed & roll away bed. Would rather had 2 queen size beds in each room. Room was very nice & kept clean by Beverly.

Customer service was exceptional. Natalie was amazing! The food was also really good and the staff went out of their way to make you feel like you would definitely want to come back. The decor was definitely something to talk about. Loved it! My husband and I visited to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary and we would definitely return with the rest of our family. There was something for everyone, including kids.

The wait at the Italian restaurant was a little long at dinner time. Also I think the cleaning schedules for the public restrooms (I.e. the one that's not in your room) needed to be more frequent.

Absolutely everything about the hotel, once we changed our original room. Our original room had no balcony. Every room should have a balcony to sit and relax on whilst taking in the beautiful view. After changing our room to one with a balcony, the rest of the stay was faultless.

We originally had a room with no balcony. All rooms should have a balcony. We were accommodated to a room with a balcony the next day, which makes all the difference in enjoying our stay.

Many options for breakfast, including for persons with allergies or other dietary requirements. Local breakfast dishes were available also. All aspects of the Moon Palace experience were wonderful.

Would have liked to see more fine art from local artists, in addition to the craft items. Perhaps the nightly entertainment segments could last a bit longer. But all in all, there's nothing that I would definitively say I did not like at all.

It was perfect. I wished my vacation would never end. The Independence Day food and activities were impressive and much appreciated as well.

There was a lot of pressure from an employee to pay a deposit to secure another stay in the future upon checking out.
