The place is very clean, well maintained and friendly. The location is perfect, on a beautiful beach with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nice pool with a bar and fun activities at night. Restaurant on site serves Jamaican and American food that is delicious. Great place to stay!

The check in process. It's not clear when booking that these are individually owned condos and the front desk staff has no information unless they were delivered a handwritten paper by the condo owner with the information. Multiple guests did not have this including me, and it caused problems and delayed (or no) check in. The front desk staff has an extremely difficult job due to this. A better process is needed. Contact the property before you arrive to make sure they have your reservation!

The facility was clean and organized. I love the fact that it had a kitchenette so we could prepare small meals if we had to. We felt the facility was secure, and we especially appreciated the fact that when we tested the safe and accidentally locked it, the staff responded in a timely manner to correct our error. All in all, our stay was great, and we felt we got value for our money.

Perhaps a general upgrade to the outside of the facility. And there was no gym as advertised in your online package.

i was surprise that the hotel did not offer at least continental breakfast. but away from that, the hotel was comfortable and nice. the view of the beach was breath taking. and above all the area seem safe also at the hotel.

i think we could have had more wash cloth for each day all four of us was staying at the hotel.i did not mind about someone come in to make my bed No not that..just the shortage of myself and my guest having enough wash cloth.

the view was everything it was the main reason i chose the property.

The owner is very hard to get to and seem very unprofessional, he doesn’t reach out at all, at one point I was wondering if I still had the place booked.

I actually did not get to eat the breakfast because I am a vegan, so I cook my own food. The location was grate because it’s in the middle of everything.

The beach was beautiful but, when I stepped inside the water the sand underneath my feet felt like I was stepping in mud that was a little turned off but other than that everything was great.

The property was in a very good location, very central to everything in ocho Rios, the host was amazing, very helpful & answered all of my messages promptly. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, the aircon works well & is remote controlled. The house keeping kept the apartment clean. The wifi was strong & worked throughout the entire apartment. Location has a swimming pool with a very attentive lifeguard, this was great for my 8 year old son who loved to play in the pool there is a bar at the side of the pool which is convenient & also the private beach which is a stones throw away with free access for guests. There’s a car park & security which made me feel more safe & secure. There’s also a restaurant that I used to eat breakfast at which was nice & good price. I’m very happy I stayed at this apartment & had a wonderful trip.

The sofa could have been bigger & I wished the tv was a smart tv. There was a couple of times the water didn’t work but the host informed me this was due to a burst water pipe & only happened a couple of times then came back on. I think these apartments have a bit of a problem with ants as I saw them outside & also in the apartment so if you stay you will have to make sure you don’t leave any food out etc. Pretty minor problems & apart from that I can’t critique it.

Great location with beach front view... Property is near restaurants. COVID testing location right beside the property.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. The ACs worked well. The loft is warmer then the downstairs room, but if you run the AC it gets cool enough to sleep and there is another fan up there just in case. There were extra towels and the room had an ocean view!

Everything was great - no real complaints. The door stuck a bit, but no big deal.

Spacious apartment, central location with view of Ochio Rios Beach! Loved having a little kitchen with fridge. Shower was bliss!

Perfect location in the heart of Ocho Rios on the beach! The apartment was clean, beautiful and well designed. The view from the balcony was amazing as I woke up to cruise ships in my view from right there in the apartment. Had a nice local breakfast at the restaurant and was minutes away from all the attractions in Ochie! Will definitely stay here again when I return!
