Modern hotel with most of the thing (lights, TV, air conditioner) all can be control using single tablet. Youtube also available and life saver four is with kids. Comfortable, practical and clean. The breakfast was great with many options even for us as muslim. External Parking (D-parking) besides the hotel connects directly to the building through 3rd floor (reception desk floor)

Only 2 elevator for 17th floor building with many units. So it can be long waiting and many floor pit stop since we stayed on top floor (16th)

The central location, everything was clean, and there was even an onsen. There's coin machine for laundry but there's a first come first serve. These are immensely popular so perhaps a couple few more would be great.

The two elevators tend to get quite busy so you need to wait for some time. There's only two, and they only take you to third floor (reception) and then you need to switch to another elevator operating by front desk to take you to first floor. It's ok just a bit cumbersome. The room could have been thought out for some space for luggage..you could see it had damages around the walls due to people's luggage hitting them.

The hotel is right near the station. I appreciated the eco friendly amenities and the Darjeeling scented washes. As someone with tattoos I also used the sento on the top floor freely, there were no signs posted against them. I did make sure to go at the less busy hours just in case. The rooms have a tablet you can use to see the current congestion status of both the baths and the restaurant for breakfast, as well as live updates of the laundry room with time left for each washer. The staff was absolutely fantastic, even helping me get a good price when I wanted to extend my stay for a few more days. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to hike in Daisetsuzan and then have a nice soak afterwards.

The lighting in the room is also controlled by the tablet, and there wasn't a dim option; the "night" mode was still fairly bright.

The breakfast has a good variety. The staffs are very helpful and they kindly accede to our requests even though they can be very busy. I especially thank the female staff on duty during my check out day. She helped me to book dinner for my next hotel becos the hotel that I am going to visit is very localised and they speak only Japanese. Very grateful to her otherwise we would have no dinner. Well done! The hospitality, strategic location and good breakfast will make me consider coming back again! Thank you.

The room we stayed is very very cold. And it seems we are unable to adjust the aircon temperature. The design of the room is not very functional. There is barely place to hang our jackets and clothes. And the toilet is very small too.

I was a bit nervous when I booked this hotel, there isn’t much photos of the room on booking, also the price is pretty low! but in fact everything exceeded my expectation, the nightlight is how new the hotel is, and the use of technology makes everything super easy! breakfast is great, room size is ok, location is perfect just opposite aeon mall and Asahikawa station, parking is payable but connected to the hotel building so nothing to complain about. the spa at top floor is also pretty good! staff has limited English but this is Hokkaido so we expected that, they are all very friendly and polite!

Great Location near the JR station With amenities and restaurants nearby. Clean and pretty spacious for our family. English speaking staff is very friendly. The breakfast is yummy with wide selection

No free parking. But there 2 nearby carparks offering ¥800 for 24hr. So not that bad. One is in an ajacent building connected to the hotel lobby at level 3. Another one is an open carpark jus opposite the hotel,

Location is unbeatable - right across from the station which also comes with a mall and food options (including a supermarket); hotel is right above a drug store which we also really valued and is walking distance to so many food options around. Parking was also easy and was right outside the hotel - was also cheaper than in other cities we stayed in. Room is a little compact if you have a lot of luggage but with some quick furniture rearranging it works well.

Room & facilities was clean. Breakfast was great. Location was great; 2mins to the mall and train/bus station. Good tech use of IOT, the four washing machines had a queue system shown on the TV. I seldom write reviews, so this property has my 5/5 endorsement.

Nothing. It is true the room was small but it was very functional. It surpassed my expectations and now I will check Amanek for the other cities first. 5/5 will return.

The location is great! Just across the road from Aeon and the JR station. There’s a drugstore on the 1st floor which opens until 10pm. The hotel is next to D parking, which is convenient for people who drive there. Facilities in the hotel are new and the room is quite clean.

The rooms are not provided with water and we couldn’t find anywhere to get water. But you can buy it from the drugstore downstairs.

This was by far the best place we stayed at in Hokkaido! So clean and feels so new. Everything you need within walking distance with a convenience store on the first floor. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! So many good options to choose from. The staff were helpful in making sure I knew which foods were safe to eat due to my gluten and dairy allergies.

Would be helpful if they could provide an allergen menu for those like me who have allergies and need to be careful. We had to wait a long time for the washing machine to be free as there were many people needing to wash their laundry probably due to the heavy rain. Wish there were more machines available. It was also hard to find the ¥100 change needed for the machines. Our TV remote didn't work, the batteries were dead.
