location - facility - welcome drink - if you are member of this hotel on line then you can get late check-out free or get some free beers.

pillow was too soft and fluffy - need more western breakfast option, if you are late for breakfast most food is over and refill is not done. better coffee machine would be nice. happy hour only allow 1 drink but i as a foreigner saw some Japanese have 2 or more drink but I don’t understand what is the rule? my understanding was 1 drink per-person is free but May be I can have more ? I don’t know. they serve curry rice in happy hour but I think it’s not necessary as people taking advantage of it and have it like dinner. but if you come late then curry and rice is finish. so you have to come early if you need free food like breakfast and happy hour food.

Basically the above was my biggest surprise and reason for being absolutely thrilled during my stay. The dryers were in the shared room, but being able to at least do the washing without taking a step outside was superb. I didn't personally use it, but a microwave was also inside the room. The location too was nice, a short walk from the station and a great shopping mall. There also was a shared manga corner (in Japanese) and apparently welcome drink and free curry between 18-20 (didn't check it).

There was unfortunately some dirt (mold?) under the toilet's bowl's rim, which was an only stain, pun intended, on my stay. I have to admit though that cleaning staff personally asked me if everything's okay and I said yes because I didn't want them to go inside with all my belongings spread out.

Nice hotel only about 10 minutes walking from the station. I stayed there 2 nights (not consecutively) and I had both a double room and a single room. Both rooms were spacious enough, had all the comfort one might need and beds were comfortable. Everything looked clean. Free to use washing machine and dryer on the 4th floor (you can purchase a single dose of laundry detergent for 50 yen at the front desk), manga corner (if you read Japanese), ice machine. Happy hour in the evening with 1x free drink and snacks.

I wish they catered more for different diets: I am vegan and I contacted them 1 month in advance to inquiry whether there'd be anything I could eat for breakfast, and they replied advising me to book somewhere else. I found that a bit rude, but I figured it was probably the language barrier. I decided to keep the option with breakfast included and there were indeed a few things I could have: other than coffee and juice, white rice, some vegetables and pickles were available. It wouldn't be difficult to offer some plain tofu, beans and having 1 choice of non-dairy milk.

- Very clean, spacious and comfortable - The amenities were beyond great as can be seen by the pictures - The location is great, 9min walk from the station and plenty of restaurants around in a few minutes walk - If you go in winter, the sidewalk in front of hotel and a few blocks around is heated and free of snow - The free breakfast was very varied and had plenty of things for vegetarians - "Happy hour" is a nice touch but it's ONE free drink only, not really happy hour...

- There was a wall in front of the window... This should not be allowed without previous warning...! - The staff was not as polite and nice as I am used to in Japan... Or maybe not foreigner friendly..? - The coffee was lukewarm or cold everyday during breakfast - Staff is annoyingly watching guests at the breakfast buffet and scolding ppl that do not put on gloves. It's enough to use alcohol, no need to pretend to perform surgery, I'm on holidays!! (It's 2023 and this hotel still acts like 2020 peak pandemic...) - We were a few minutes late for check out so they called the room 8 minutes past the time to tell us to leave - I felt it was a really strict environment and not a relaxed atmosphere... Maybe ok for Japanese business people, but not sure if suitable for holidays or foreigners...

This property is centrally located with convenience. In fact there is a bus stand in front of the hotel. Rooms were clean & definitely value for money. Staffs were polite as usual in Japan, little English knowledge but they managed well. Note-we speak little Japanese as well so unsure for a foreigner with zero Japanese skill. Breakfast is wholesome but a bit Japanese centric, though you will have sausage or scrambled egg as a choice. overall nice peaceful stay for couple of nights.

Breakfast should have a few more continental or American dishes especially when Hokkaido overall frequented by foreigners.

Hotel had all the amenities. Choice of pillows, free laundry, excellent breakfast included, en suite, even an extension power point in the room. Happy hour was a nice touch with a free drink and snacks. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel. Booked a room with a large double bed which was king size.

cleanliness. it was dusty on the top shelf where they kept the spare blanket. the double bed would be nice if it is wider by 6 inches. and there is space for that. it seems it had put in a smaller bed during its previous upgrading

It was nice to have happy hour at the check in. The staff were very friendly

Our room was a bit small. There's a bit excessive furniture in general. The balcony door wasn't able to open either so felt a bit small.
