location was fantastic. short walk to tramway and hiking trails. reminds me of a giant upscale lodge in US national forest. great outdoor onsen. HUGE very good buffet for breakfast and lunch. caters to bus tours as well as individual travelers. was able to somehow avoid the busload groups in onsen and buffet so actually trip was relaxing and peaceful . saw best fall foliage on trip here. was originally assigned room that had no view . Was able to go to front desk and after studying the reservations for a while they kindly switched rooms to a great view over the canyon.

The hotel is beutifull, facilities are nice and the 2 onsens with the view are amazing!!! Didnt went ro the 3d one.. Close to the main activities of this part of daisetsuzan- kuradake hike and the falls. Its a bit far from all the other hotels in this area in the best way possible. Staff will do everything they can to help :)

Food wasnt as good as it says, wasnt in to the buffet.. The hotel itself is a bit old in some parts but it should get renovaited soon.

Some of the items in the room were old style (like the safe box and some others). The bathroom is very small - but I could shower at the Onsen. There was only Japanese tea in the room (would have liked some coffee in the morning, begore breakfast)

Food was very good at breakfast and dinner. Having ur own bbq was superb. We were also upgraded half way through our stay as was my partners birthday. Staff could not do enough for us. Absolutely fabulous hotel!!!

The buffet breakfast and dinner - quality, quantity and variety were sumptuous. Fantastic onsens so not crowded. Three Onsens of which two had indoor and outdoor baths! Location was super convenient to ropeway.

Best hotel in our 12 day trip in Hokkaido! Although there were 5 adults in my family for a single room, it was spacious and beautiful. There was a nice corner where we could relax and look out into the mountains. Buffet dinner and breakfast were good.

The buffets were sumptious, primarily Japanese cuisine. There were 3 onsens, each featuring different styles. Great views from the onsens especially the outdoor one with the lawn/forest just extending from the bath.

The night we stayed. There were a lot of tour groups so the buffet dinner felt like a war zone full of chaos!

That it offers free pick up service from asahikawa station so that it's fuss free.

Offer selection option for dinner, be it add to pay for nicer dinner place apart from buffet style.

it’s a huge resort, so they cater group tour ( we’re not disturbed at all because they arrive late end leave early)
