The room look overall really new. The bathroom is clean. And the bed was very very comfortable. Both the bed and the bathroom is a good amount of space for two people.

Though the room is relatively clean, the floor does need a bit of dusting. Not only was there dust, but there was also black dust specs. Also, two of the towels were dirty with stains, but the staff was able to give me new towels the next day.

Pre-check in was undertaken and was able to get to the room following the self-serve process. The place is quite unstaffed for customer service so do read the instructions thoroughly. Check-out is also self-service, return the room card to the deposit box. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The room had towels, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, iron that made things more easy. Convenience stores are located within a few minutes walk. Good value for money but you need to be prepared for the self-service needed here.

There is one elevator with no regular staircase to use. At check-out time at 10am, it took three attempts to enter the elevator before there was space to allow me in. It’s around 10 minutes walking from Hakata station. If you have some heavy luggage, the sidewalks can be rough and it can be difficult to wheel them to and from the hotel.

If you're staying for a weekend or so it's good for its price. The room is a little small but for me it didn't matter that much because the bed is big and I spent most of my time sitting or lying down on it to watch tv or use my phone.

I found out you have to pay for extra towels. If you're staying for a short period of time it won't affect you but if you plan on booking a long stay here then expect extras to cost something.

We stayed here as a stopover for our flight early next morning. It’s a 10 minute walk from Hakata station so it was perfect for our trip to the airport. It’s a small room but had everything we could need. Unmanned reception so you have to check in using codes but the instructions are sent in advance so it wasn’t a problem.

Hotel is clean and organized. Check-in process is clear and easy. The host is very kind and friendly. I love the bed which is super comfortable to me. Location of the hotel is not far from the station and near the convenient store. The hotel also has elevator which is friendly to people who travel with big suitcase. It's definitely going to be one of my choice if I visit Fukuoka again.👍

A small walk from Hakata station, but mainly straight so not hard to find at all! Convenience stores nearby. Our room was nice and cosy. The bed was very soft. Came with a fridge and free take yourself necessities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush etc. Overall a pleasant stay!

The location of hotel and the bed is comfortable

There is no staff to help you and no changing rubbish inside the room .I stayed four nights in here and I need to find the rubbish bag to separate all the rubbish every day .

It looks modern. Facilities are clean and new. The room size is typical Japanese hotel size, but it comes with a small balcony - which is good.

It takes around 10-15 to walk to the Hakata station, and there are not many choice of restaurants nearby.

Such a nice hotel fully self service! Rooms are clean and equipped with anything you need including laundry machine and iron! We had such a comfortable stay so definitely recommend it.

There are no coffee shops around so be prepared

The hotel is worth the price, and it was clean and comfortable! its only 15mins walk to Hakata Station!

due to space problem, the staff didnt let us to put our luggage there.
