It is under 10 min walk from Hakata Station. Clean room, decent room size for Japan and reasonable price. It has bottled water in the room and coffee at lobby from around check in time.

Leaving lugguage at reception before or after check in will incur 550 yen. If you are a light sleeper, you could hear the bathroom ventilation sound as it is a sliding door; you could also hear the sound from the corridor quite clearly. Interesting room design whereby the bathroom tiles extend out to the entrance of the room (normally it is carpet upon entrance).

Spacious room, modern looking, big bed, can be easily located, a lot of sockets for charging. The staff was very kind to offer coffee to me when I found there was no tea/coffee offered inside the room. This hotel has the perfect room for me! Wish this was the hotel I booked the first 3 nights I stayed in Fukuoka. Traveled to Beppu, Nagasaki, and Yufuin. Tozho was where I stayed the last night! Don't forget to go to a famous and delicious udon place near this hotel! It's Hagakure Udon! I realized I could not upload the video I recorded about my room.

The one let down was there's no window view in my room, I need natural light in the room. I had to turn on the lights all the time. If you're a light sleeper, you can hear sirens or other loud loud sounds from outside at night because of the building structure. t's also a little cold going to the washroom (due to my room layout), not sure about the others. But hey, it would be more expensive if they provide everything!

Check in & out were handled smoothly by the staff. They're all accommodating and we're always greeted with an enthusiastic smile. The room is spacious, so as the bathroom. The bath essentials smell so great and we were provided a complete set such as shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, cotton buds, cotton pads and comb. The lobby area was so comfy, we even had our dinner and some drinks there. Location wise, it's perfect because it's very accessible to and from the airport, bus & train stations. Convenience stores were also available nearby. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we'll surely book with them again on our next visit to fukuoka.

Lovely big rooms, very clean and spacious. Front desk staff are generally very nice and helpful. Really close to Hakata station. Really nice overall building. Lots of Konbini located next to hotel.

Everything is chargeable, including in room water and leaving bags before and after checking out. Weird warning notices everywhere threatening charges feels a bit uncomfortable, 5000 yen fee for a lost key card is a bit much. No on site Laundry. Got moved rooms mid-stay because of a leak in a nearby room but was upgraded for free to be fair.

Location is good, very close to a few 人氣預約困難店( Nikuichi is just opposite to the hotel while 拉麵一双 is 2 blocks away from the hotel) Less than 10 mins walk from HAKATA station and Yodobashi Shop. We went to a DONKI at 中州店 at mid night and rode taxi back to hotel which cost only 1900 yen, extremely convenience Will definitely stay there again

Not sure why they charge you luggage storage fees ( after check out, 550 yen per piece daily) which other hotels would never charged

I recently traveled with my family. The hotel located a bit far form Hakata station, it took 7-10 min ,about 500 m by walking. So if you brought too many luggages , it’s quite inconvenient. The room is very convenient and the bathroom is so big and comfortable.

If you want to leave luggage before check in ,you have to pay additional fees about 550 yen per luggage (any suitcases or backpacks are counted the same prices). I think it should be free like many hotels that guests can leave luggage for free!

The room layout is really good! Once you enter, the wash area is to the left and shower and toilet are separate and to your right. The bed is right in front of you as you walk straight. Video On Demand is awesome! I watched Batman and Respect during my stay FOR FREE! There's cheap merchandise from ZONK and a fitness room that's decent. I also think the main good points were the kind staff and high level of security by using the card keys to access the elevator floors. A very safe AND affordable option for travelers PLUS it's a beautiful room. The bed is really comfortable, so I slept like a baby!

NO WASHING MACHINE and NO MICROWAVE. If you are staying only for a short time and mostly eating out, then that's not a problem. I, however, was in Hakata for four days. It was a little annoying. Also, not giving an adequate amount of towels for the long stay from the beginning of my arrival was not so good. I had to keep asking for towels each day.

The bathroom was big and functional. It was not a tiny unit-bath like any other business hotel. There was a only shower booth but spacious also sink was big. I liked that there was a space to put your stuff in the bathroom so it was so efficient to get ready.

The room was so humid so they told us to keep the air con on and do not touch. I got too cold so I lowered the temperature then whole floor got wet by humidity. Japan is humid but never experienced such a humid room.

The place is amazing, the staff is really good and everything is very well organized and clean! Also the location is great because it's near the station.

You could hear the other guests a lot and also the air conditioner was a bit on the strong side so it was very cold but that was probably my fault with some configuration. But other than that it was amazing!

- A bit far from the nearest station. - The rooms are facing the outdoors that it could be too cold (or hot) when stepping out. - No view from the window. - There is a puddle in the bathroom after taking a bath.
