close to the ferry terminal (walkable with suitcases) spacious!!! clean!!! washer for clothes/dryer in shower!!! a closet space for suitcases!!! big comfortable beds!!!

the only things I would change; 1. include the per person per night tax charge, so there’s no fumbling with credit cards at night. (a recipe did not come through until the next day and left us concerned we do not use our CC with unknown sources) 2. laundry detergent. all other apart hotels provide it! 3. dish drying mat & towels- guests are forced to use the bath towels to do this. what is it with the 4pm check in & 10am check out?!?! we will ALWAYS chose a hotel/apart hotel with the earlier and later checkout. by adding an hour on check in and out Grand Base would be far above their competitors.

Smell bathroom. Two beds for 5 people was not enough. For 1 night we could manage.

Very close to the Convention Center, so it is an excellent choice if you are attending some event at that venue. The apartment was big and clean.

The hotel does not have a stationed staff and does not provide luggage storage service.

Very easy check in/out process. Good location! 15 min walk to Tinjin. Comfortable bed.

The check in was self done as there was no staff at the counter. Once checked in, everything was very easy..

Location is OK if you are wanting to walk to Queen Beetle

It was pretty clean. It was in a convenient location. There was a washing machine in the room (we didn't use it). The air conditioning worked.

It was very sterile. First off, we went to the wrong hotel. Apparently this must happen often, because there is a sign on the door directing you to the proper place. Using the keypad, simply to unlock the front door, is a challenge. I had instructions in English, my native language, but it still took me several times to figure it out. It was hot, and that wasted time was very unpleasant. The Japanese family coming in after us seemed to have even more issues than us. I went out to help them. Once in the lobby, you check-in via a tablet. It's all very impersonal. You have to answer a lot of invasive questions on the tablet that I don't feel they really need to know. We also felt like we were being watched in the room. All they need to do is add a porcelain doll, or clown, to watch over the patrons. That was kind of creepy. There is a tablet in the room as well, mounted on the wall, where you can find the information for your stay. I get what they were able to keep costs lower by not employing humans, but it was troubling.

Very clean, ammenities provided, good location.

Looked nothing like the photos, expensive parking (as we had a car), only provided three amenity sets (towel, toothbrush etc.) even though we booked for four adults.
