The apartment we booked was spacious and had 3 double beds as well as a pretty big sitting area - this was the first place where we enjoyed watching some movies together. It had a fully equipped kitchenette with enough cutlery and crockery for all 6 of us. Though unmanned, there was someone remotely assisting us at check-in which made it so easy. We were grateful they gave us a ground floor unit as we had luggage and kids in tow. There is a bus-stop just few minutes walk away called Sumiyoshi where you can take many buses on the bus routes from Hakata station to tourist sights like Tenjin Underground Mall, Ohori Park, etc. It is also a short 15 min walk to Canal City and the yatai night food trucks. Taxi to the airport cost us only 1830 yen.

the surrounding locale had only small restaurants that did not accept children as they served liquor and smoking allowed, so we couldn’t get a place to eat. We ended up relying on food from the Family Mart nearby which had a good choice of take out foods.

This place is quite new. The room is clean and spotless. There is a bus stop around the corner, which takes you to almost every spot within the city. You could also easily walk to the Canal City Shopping center. Overall we think this place is good for the value.

It is a small room with very limited space for suitcases. There is a kitchen but not a dining area. If the couch and coffee table could be replaced by a dinner table and chairs it would have been much better. You will also need to prepare your own bottled water and tea bags (free supply in other Japanese apartments we stayed at). It would be better if there was English instruction for the washing machine. We would not recommend that you walk with large suitcases from the Hakata station to this place like us because the bumpy surface on the road could be very harsh to the suitcase wheels.

The accommodation is really nice and cozy. Facilities perfect. Location convenient (15 minutes walk from Hakata Station, 5 minutes walk from Sumiyoshi Shrine, surrounded by restaurants and very close to family mart). Will recommend it to everyone who visits Fukuoka.

Facilities in good condition. Lots of nice restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Bus stops only 1 minute walk with bus taking you to several famous attractions.

18 minutes walk from Hakata train and subway stations, so one gets lots of exercise daily Wish harder pillows can be provided as I hate their pillows being too too too soft

Ee enjoyed the overall ambiance and the facilities. The location is quite a long walk from hakata train station but still ok and very accessible. There are bus stops near if ypu opt not to walk. There are a lot of nearby retaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets which is really helpful.

Got an amazing deal and it was great value for money. Great location and large space for Japan’s standards. No issues with cleanliness other than a slight smell at the entrance.

Slight smell at the entrance (not noticeable in the actual bedroom), and the check in desk is not manned so we could not store luggage.

It was very clean and spacious. Toilet and shower was separate so two people can use it at once. There was a very good diner type of restaurant and grocery nearby.

There was a window on top of the bed so sunlight would enter very early which woke me up

The property was quite spacious compared to other apartments we have stayed in in Japan. The room was very clean and had all the amenities required for our stay of four nights. It was a short walk to Hakata Station and Canal City.

There was no option to leave our bags at the property prior to check in however that was expected as it was an unmanned hotel.
