The room I stayed in had a lovely view of the city, and the hotel was situated conveniently close to Hakata Train Station. The room itself has a nice deep bathtub which was lovely to soak in after a long day of sightseeing and shopping, especially if you use the complimentary bath salts and oils located in the hotel foyer. The breakfast is also very filling and delicious. You can pick from the local speciality, a boiled breakfast or Japanese spin on wester breakfasts, like an omelette etc. all in addition to the buffet breakfast.

one of the front desk staff, Ms Chen was very helpful. Partly due to the ease of communication as we both speak mandarin. She helped with the booking of taxi to the airport and even dropped us a hand written note in our room to update us of the status of our taxi booking.

The parking facility next to the hotel charge 1000yen for overnight parking for the general public, but as hotel guest, we need to pay 1500yen. I don't understand this logic. We only realise after paying and parking our car that there are many option nearby which charge 800yen for overnight parking.

The overall experience was very nice but specially I enjoyed the room. It was of a perfect size for a business stay with all I needed to go about my activities. In fact, I would say that this hotel is very nicely designed for this purpose.

There was a hum at night probably caused by the air conditioning that bothered me the first night. I then got used to it and the 2nd night was fine. Also the comfort of the chair in the room was not great but not everybody sits on them for more than four hours and I guess this was only my experience.

the staff was friendly and the room was on a good size scale. staff was kind enough to put me on the 10th floor and with a view of the River. you can choose from three different type of breakfast 2 Japanese or a western breakfast plus the buffet . 10 mint walk to canal city mall and 15 minute to the train station. they have a shuttle to the airport as well.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The beds are comfy, not as hard as most beds in Japan. The room has dimmer lights, a nice view of the city, and a nice deep bath. There are no public baths. On weekdays, there is a free shuttle service to the train station and airport. The breakfast is very good and reasonably priced.

The staff was young and seemed a bit stressed. I waited for the taxi they said they had called, only to learn they had not managed to reach a taxi company.

This hotel was so new and clean! The location was really good as well, just a few bus stops away from hakata station. There were a few cafes and eating places nearby, and it's convenient to get to a few places of interest from this hotel. There's also a 7/11 store just right at the entrance of the hotel. Love it! (They even provided complimentary bath salts for their guests to use!)

The room was the most spacious I have had in Japan. Furniture and fittings were very nice, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shuttle Bus service to the station in the morning was excellent, and the staff were all very polite and kind.

the building and rooms were very clean and the staff was outstanding.

need a bigger room if you to make it fit three people. it was really crammed to where we barely moved around with all of our luggage. We had small luggage and only one a person so it would tell you how small the room is. it is only meant for two people and if you take the extra bed out, it would have been just fine.

The staff in the restaurant could be trained to deal more politely with non-Japanese speaking guests. I understand they, including reception staff, had some communication challenges as most of them had limited English speaking skills. This is an area which hotel management could look at and improve.

Location and facilities was very good. Breakfast was great also but not sure if we needed both buffet and set menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bit of a challenge -- we needed to go out and find parking in a nearby lot. There were enough lots in the area but was a little inconvenient after a long day of driving...
