Location just beside subway and walking distance to Tenjin area, alot shopping mall. Stay 3 nights there best deal, book few months early, average ¥11000+ per night without breakfast, Family Mart and 7-11 just beside and opposite hotel.

Hotel take group tour tourist, be prepare huge pack of people almost every night 6-9pm. Very long queue wait for lift. Morning 7am long queue for breakfast too.

The location was very good. It is close to Tenjin.

The refrigerator has no freezer, so it was not cold enough to keep the ice-cream. Air condition in my room kept shutting off every 15 minutes so I woke up in the middle of the night every night. I spent 6 nights at the Hotel but not sure about the others room.

It is a nice place, the staff was nice. I appreciate the hotel and the staff. Their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are amazing! I would buy it and use it at home. This location was good, the bed was comfortable! It was a lovely. Thank you to the Staff! This place deserves a good review, Booking.com deserves my unhappiness.

I am ANGRY with BOOKING.COM!!! I wanted parking included. Parking cost me $1,500 yen,. I specifically wanted Breakfast included only to find out that it was an additional $2,200 yen on top of what I paid for my room. BOOKING.COM, I didn't like using this site, the information was unclear, and when I thought breakfast and parking were included, NEITHER were included. I am very disappointed with this site. The poor information ruined my stay here with an additional cost of $3,700 yen. Please clearly give the correct information on this website. I am disappointed in You Booking.com, I will think Twice about using this site again.

Property was a short distance by car from the Airport and within walking distance of Hakata Station. Staff was really friendly and answered any questions I had. Would recommend to any friends or family staying in the area.

The location​ is very good, very near the Watanabedori​ station, and there is a supermarket​ in front of the station too. The room is clean, the bed is very comfy. There is a water dispenser at the lobby, included the hot water/tea.

It is convenient as there is a subway nearby. The room is well maintained and it is clean. The room size is good too.

Location was excellent, the room was a larger size that most Japanese hotels and they provide free mineral water per day.
