Very good value, especially given that one of our two nights was a Saturday, when rates in the city can get a bit silly. Hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable, as long as you don't trip up on your bag, as the room is "compact". Bathroom is one of those modular jobs, common in this type of hotel, basic but functional. Very close to Hakata train & bus station, but beware if you try to find the hotel using Google maps when coming from the bus station - we did and it took about an hour, rather than the 5 minutes it should take....not the hotel's fault, of course.

Virtually no English spoken by the staff - but my Japanese is non-existent too!

The place is about 8-10 minutes walk from Hakata station, which is further than our -ekimae hotels that we've stayed in. The room is more spacious than other hotels of comparable price during our stay in Kyushu. We like that the room was big enough for one table and one coffee table, and the double bed feels more like a queen size bed. Definitely one of the bigger double beds in Kyushu.

After experiencing the warmth and friendliness of Japanese at some other hotel and shops, the front desk staff at this hotel feels more cold and transactional in comparison.

My credit card got lost and asked the front desk guy for help, and he was very much attentive when I asked if he could call the shop I went to last night ,to check on them. turned out the shop did not return my card after purchase. they were able to send it back to the hotel as I was already about to leave from airport in 15mins. kudos to the front desk guy on duty who helped us last march 30, 2023 around 4pm. he is an asset to the hotel

Cleanliness. Good bed. Near hakata station, walkable distance with big luggage. Couple of convenient stores around hotel. Many electric sockets esp. at bed. Near good ramen shop; ikkousha ramen. Able to store luggage before check in time (and might be after check out). Near car rental branches (3-minute walk) It s like APA hotel pattern but much cheaper.

Noisy environment but quiet after midnight, because we stayed at Sat night and we need to open the window a bit, so we think we understood it. Able to consider small room in other countries but usual thing in Japan.

Hotel is a short walk from Hakata train station. Rooms are clean. Staffs are hospitable. There is a paid washer/drier in the hotel.

Although not bad location, I would book a place closer to River City and downtown Hakata.

Everything was amazing great location etc. Vending machines in lobby. Washing and drying machines and location was great. Only about 7 minutes to JR Hakata station and Canal City Mall.

Pillows were like rocks. Had some weird beans in it and a tiny amount of feathers. Would wake up with a crushed ear. The rest was amazing. Great service.

Great central location. The hotel is so close to Hakata station and a lot of main attractions in the city. The bathroom was quite spacious & the shower was perfect.

The window was frosted since I was in a room that faced the next building, so there was no natural light, but I was only staying one night so it wasn’t a major problem.

the concept of getting the toiletries is superb... I like the toilet, its super clean :)... Location is okay, walking distance to JR Hakata Station. Value for money is okay too... Will book again to this hotel when I get back to Fukuoka.

Rather basic hotel with minimal facilities, but a reasonably affordable price compared to other options in the city. Location is good and only a few minutes away from Hakata station. Rooms were reasonably comfortable.

It truly is a very basic hotel with minimal flavour, design, or differentiation. While not a negative in itself, there really is nothing remarkable about the experience here.

Location is 5 minutes from Hakata station, breakfast is buffet and delicious, only the breakfast time is limited from 6.30am to 9.30am and last emission is at 9am. My friend has entered restaurant around 9.05am and he was initially disallowed to enter the restaurant.

There is no view from my room and basically there is no sunlight into your room even day time.
