Great location. Three convenient stores nearby and 5mins walk to Hakata station.

I didn’t mind that they did cleaning the room every third day (they gave me new towels everyday) but it would be nice if they could’ve given me new nightwear everyday too. Also it wasn’t their fault but I’ve heard noises from bathrooms at next rooms after midnight which annoyed me little. My room was Paris theme but it was pink everywhere and more like Barbie theme. I’ll definitely request not to give me the Paris room again!

Love the location, a skip and hop to Hakata station (key train interchange with both the local and shinkansen). The hotel area also had many dining options around! Amenities for the hotel are at the lobby with even a shampoo bar. So interesting. Service was excellent with most of the reception staff understanding english.

We got an adjoining room for our family of five (3 adults, 2 kids), the rooms a were a bit small for luggage (particularly for winter travel).

it’s neat, they’ll take your luggage before and after you check in/out and give you a tag to give to them when you get back. room is moderately sized for Korea. public bath and free laundry/dryer near the men’s spa, my wife told me the laundry near the women’s spa was paid though.. water and ice machine there by the laundry as well. free instant tea and coffee in prepackaged long ‘sticks’?

no microwave on every floor. water and ice would be nice on every floor instead of making me run down from the 8th floor ☹️ no free parking location is not close to the subway. a bit of a walk.

I love the location, breakfast, staff and room. Location : it's near the Hakata station. You can walk in 5 minutes. You also have the family mart, lawson and 7-eleven around you. Breakfast : We like traditional food and it was tasty. Staff : they can speak english. Room : We have a bathtub in the bathroom and the toilet is seperated from the bathroom.

The room is small. We cannot open the luggages on the floor. But it is not the big problem because we got everything we need.

Proximity to the station and the hotel is surrounded by various eateries and convenience stalls. It is also within a walking distance from Canal City. Breakfast at the hotel was also nice even though there were only 4 main dishes to select from, the salad bar buffet selection compliments it very well.

We had a family of 5 staying in 2 connecting rooms but the towels and pillows provided was only 4. We ended up with 4 towels after doing the daily towel exchange with housekeeping.

Hotel facilities and room clean & tidy. Staying at 12/F really quiet. First night difficult to locate the hotel not in the main street, but after 2 days familiarised with nearby alleys. Convenient walk to Hakata City within 10 min & just 20 min walk to Canal City. Lobby staff came out of counter and issued namecard to me when asked about membership. Friendly and helpful staff.

Exterior signage not so visible, for first time visitors quite difficult to search. Drip coffee can be provided.

location was very good. the convenience store and HAKATA subway station located nearby. they clean the room every third day when we stayed at the hotel but change the towel if we request. it was very satisfied point to us. thank you for your kind welcome. we will re book the hotel if we go there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean, safe, close to Hakata station, and very easy check in. The staff even kept our bags safe in the lobby on check out day so we could finish exploring the city before our train time.

Had to book 2 rooms for family of 5. Seems pretty common to have to book 2 rooms but it would be nice to stay all together.

Staff were very helpful in organising luggage forwarding, and there was always at least one staff member who could help in English. Room is as described, small but manageable if you know what to expect. If you're over 6ft the bed might be a bit cramped. Very close to Hakata station for local and shinkansen trains.

They have connecting rooms suitable for families. The toilet and shower are separated which is good. Good location as Lawson and Family Mart are just at door step

Not an extra pillow upon request. The pillow is too soft and flat. Internet speed for room tv is intermittent
