This place was a good price in an area that you would definitely like more if you're there for nightlife. It's conveniently located above the river near the metro entrance. It was entirely self-checkin which nice to be able to just get to our room without a long queue for check-in. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

It was a bit close to the nightlife for us. The noise wan't a problem. They provide earplugs, but we never needed them. The issue was that for anyone who starts their day around 6am to get breakfast, you'll cross paths with people ending their night from the night before. It never felt unsafe, but I learned to avoid the street behind the hotel.

This property is entirely self-checkin but it was a pretty smooth process with plenty of check-in kiosks. The shared kitchen area was nice and never very crowded. It was helpful to eat an early breakfast there before the rest of my family was awake. The location was also great with the nearby metro station easy to access.

While it might be a positive for some people, the nearby nightlife was not part of what I wanted in my family trip. I get up pretty early to go to 7-11 for a quick breakfast snack and I would always cross paths with the people ending their night even though it was 6:30am. Totally fine. They were never obnoxious around my kids. It could also be avoided by avoiding that particular 7-11.

The location was brilliant and only about 2km from shops / train. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a big smart tv in the room and I easily connected my Netflix account as all tv is Japanese spoken. Amenities are inclusive. There is a laundry and kitchen on the 7th floor for guests and a small restaurant on the 8th floor if you don’t want to leave the building. Convenience store situated at the bottom that has everything.

The beds could do with an extra pillow. One of the washing machines did not work and there are only two. The corridors are very aged and carpets are stained but it did not bother us too much.

Good location and many good restaurants nearby. The mattresses are new and firm which we like the most. Quite spacious hotel room in Japan.

Not enough shelf or space for placing clothes in the washroom. Not even a chair in the room can be placed inside the washroom when taking shower. Maybe place at least one more plastic box or linen bag is also helpful. Housecleaning is suggested to add every 3. nights for changing towels and cleaning the dustbins.

No staff for check-in service, used tablet and communciated by email, the staff reply email in time, able to answer the question and helpful. Good location and large room size, fit the shopping propose. The convincent shops and many resturants nearby the hotel, only spent few mins walk to bus stop and train station, very convincent for guest. No car parking service, used coin parking for overnight, very hight cost, sugget to search 24 hrs car parking.

Too high charge for no staff serivce type hotel, like a hostel.

Location was very good. Hotel is unmanned but facilities were clean and checkin/out process very smooth. The room is not large but designed well so it maximizes space. Had a window looking out to the river, really lovely view - was a little noisy but I like being able to hear the street below so that worked for me.

No daily room service etc. Fine for the cost but just to note. Would have preferred more storage space for clothes etc. - could have offered more hangers.

Great location, easy access with public transport. Nice park and walking paths around for families. Nice view from the windows, comfortable beds, clean and nice room, amenities. It is much more homey than it looks from the photos. Street noise is still okay at night for a kid, and the blinds can be fully shut down. No smoke smell, no noise from the neighbours. We removed the ladder and the room turned fully child-safe. Check-in and out was super easy with code.

Great location close to bars and restaurant. Great facilities and a lot of small touches that made us feel comfortable, such as free use of washing machines and detergent, space and utensils for cooking, lots of toiletries in the room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day which was fairly easy to arrange by contacting the operator via the chat on the tablet in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was a little sloped to one side and a little hard for our preferences so we were a bit stiff in the mornings, but it wasn’t a big issue.

A modern room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Fukuoka river on the edge of the nightlife area. This hotel operates without staff other than cleaners. There is a cloakroom with wires and padlocks where you can leave bags and a lounge and kitchen which also serves as the checkin area which is done on tablets. Room door locks, lighting and bathrooms all super high-tech.

The 4 pm checkin time was a bit late in the day.

There’s no reception desk but check in/out was super easy and convenient. I also contancted the operator via the tablet in the room and they were quite responsive. The room has a fantastic view to the river which I am gonna miss. Last but not least, there’s great access to shops and restaurants.

At night, the surrounding environment was noisy and It bothered me a little. There was always a lot going on on the nearby bridge (signers would come and go, people hang out until late) which made it vibrant but not ideal for when you are resting (the windows were not soundproof.) There was no desk and chair in the room. I was on a business trip so I really appreciated having a pair even a small one.
