- Good breakfast, there was a choice of four croissants with three small starter and a simple drinks bar. A bit of a shame that the three starters didn't change during my stay. - The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space under the bed. - The location in the city was ideal and especially nice in the evenings as it was very lively there with small food stands along the promenades. The subway station was also very close.

- The small air conditioner in the bed was very weak and it got a bit stuffy at night.

This is where I had the best sleeping experience in my entire trip (I stayed in 5 different capsule hotels). The foam is thick and wide, and can make you sleep comfortably. It also comes with two pillows, which is uncommon in other capsule hotels I stayed at, which are not too soft or hard, not to mention the reclining bed by just pressing a button. The female staff at the front desk (sorry forgot to get her name but she speaks Tagalog) was really friendly and helpful.

I'm not exactly sure how many sleeping pods in the female area, but I only saw 1 toilet. It could be hectic in the morning or during check-out time. It was also challenging to get your stuff underneath the mattress once you already flatten the bed and the rolling enclosure was down. You need to recline it first, then roll up the enclosure before you can get your stuff out. Lastly, the safety cabinet is too small for a laptop.

I Love how the beds are comfortable.. big enough space to be fully private and far enough where other guests’ sounds and movement doesn’t affect me. Also the 24 hour area where I can plug in and study. A nice separated individual shower area with a distinct area for your clothes and can get changed in. Love the extra touches - like an adjustable alarm with lights and the bed moving up while it wakes you up- and to an individual fan inside the space in case you heat up or feels stuffy. Had a great experience staying here.. modern esthetics which looks and feels attractive.

Very comfy pods which almost felt like a private room. Very unique bed in that it could turn into a couch. Hotel looked great and was clean. Free beer happy hour was a good way to meet other guests. Staff were helpful and looked after my luggage when I arrived early.

The hotel was not flexible with check in time which is understandable but different to some other hostels. Very expensive and I only booked it due to a lack of options. The hostel was great but not particularly value for money as it was very expensive you could also go to a private room in a hotel for similar or less money if preferred.

Very convenient location a very short walk to a subway station that easily connects you to the main hub. Also close to a major shopping mall (Canal City Hakata) and a lot of food options including some yatai night-time food stalls. The trappings of the lobby, restaurant, and community space are very swanky (because The Millennials shared building space with The Lively, a seemingly higher end establishment). The community space had a communal refrigerator and complimentary coffee, tea, and hot water. It’s well appointed, but as a work space might be noisy for some since there was constant rap music playing in the background. For a capsule situation, the individual units were surprisingly sound- and light-insulated. The showers are luxuriously spacious with the option to use an overhead rain shower gravity shower head or a more standard sprayer which was really nice.

I wanted to like the more tech-y bed situation than I did. You can adjust it so it bends into a sofa configuration, leaving you some standing room at the front of your capsule. The bed and lights are controlled by an iPod which takes up one of your plugs. When the bed lays in its flat configuration, it takes up the entire capsule footprint. There are no shelves or hooks at bed level so the iPod and any electronics you need to plug in will just be floating on the bed. The two hooks offered are kind of inconveniently placed very high up. Luggage goes underneath the bed on a platform that you can pull out - nice design element - but there’s a metal bar that will limit the height of luggage you’ll be able to fit.

Very clean, very modern design. You open up your suitcase and put it on a wheeled cart underneath the bed. It was easy to roll my suitcase out and access it, which is way much better than having to close your suitcase and store in locker. There is a big shelf area above the bed for small items like bags. Individual showering room. Bed is comfortable. Great location, next to some bus stops and a train station. Walkable to Tenjin area so a lot of shopping/dinning/entertainment.

If I put my bed down, there is no space for me to stand at all, which makes it hard to close the shade. I fell down the bed while trying to close the shade on bed. So be careful, you'll want to close the shade first then recline your bed all the way (seems inefficient that if I just want to use the bathroom, I need to recline the bed up so I have space to stand to open/close the shade). Some of the people near my bed were noisy (talking in regular voice) near bedtime, but they quiet down around 10-11pm, so that was fine. There were sign saying male staff might come into girl's floor to clean, which was okay, but I wish they would only have female staff for girl's floor.

This property did not disappoint!! Steps away from the train and Ichiran, world famous ramen! I was new to “capsule/pod” hostels and loved it! The design of the pod was great - very modern! The sofa bed, lighting and room fan were all controlled by an iPod. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Towel provided along with slippers to walk around in. My luggage could be stored under the bed and hooks on the wall to hang my jacket. Bathrooms and shower area were very clean and toothbrush, ear plugs were provided. Cool and hip vibe in the lobby. Staff was amazing!

Nothing!

The location is great, right near the Airport subway line. The staff are very kind. The bar on the main floor is nice and the happy hour is great. The bed are comfy, there is free coffee and tea and water.

I stayed at the Millennials in Kyoto and Tokyo. The best one was in Kyoto. I think that because this one is attached to a hotel as well, it takes away from the pod/co-working space and the amenities aren't as great. I was on the mixed floor and found it much dirtier than the other Millennials I had been too. I think at the very least you should have male and female toilets on the mixed floor.

Great location, close to subway line. They held my luggage for me until I came back. Kind staff and comfy beds. I stayed at all 3 of the Millennials in Japan. I like the facilities and atmosphere. Good happy hour as there is a bar on the main floor.

Not the best space for working like the other Millennials. I was on the mixed floor and found it much dirtier than the other Millennials I had been too. I think at the very least you should have male and female toilets on the mixed floor. It was very loud at night with people coming and going. And the fire alarm went at 4am so I didn't sleep well here.

Love this place! This was my second time staying here - sadly only for one night as it was my last stop before flying home from Fukuoka. Would HIGHLY recommend the breakfast, they have changed the buffet option which I had back in 2020, but the quality is still very good and varied - Plus you are hard pressed to find a cafe before 10am in Japan - so the self service coffees were a god send at 7am with full access to syrups <3 The rooms are super clean and has efficient under bed storage for smaller suitcases, handbags etc. I personally found the bathrooms to be very clean and no problems with smells and the AC is very good in the building, which is a must when the temps are as high as they have been recently. Very good location - in the center of the fun part of Fukuoka and has easy access to the airport through the airport subway about 5 min walk from the building (goes straight to domestic so make sure you get the shuttle to the international station if you are flying home!)

They now have mandatory room tax in Fukuoka which is +Y200 per night, per room (capsule). I just find hidden costs annoying, especially when this tax has been in place since 2020. For me this isn't too bad - but its obviously annoying and potentially quite costly for large groups staying for multiple nights.
