Absolutely gorgeous view of the Fukuyama Castle from the room. Helpful and efficient front desk staff. Great location near the train station, fast food, and shopping centers. Nice breakfast with quick service.
The room was very small, which was fine by me but might not be your cup of tea if you're the kind of traveler who likes being able to walk around your bed. The bed itself was not the most comfortable, the mattress was a pretty hard spring mattress.

It's my first time to visit to fukuyama, the staff of this hotel is quite good and friendly when checking-in, location is sooo good, about 2-3 minutes-walk from fukuyama station, very convenient to go anywhere by bus or by train. Room is big and clean, better than i expected. Highly recommended, I hope i will come visit again. :)

I primarily booked the room based on its location along my planned route but it ended up being one of my favorite hotels on my recent trip to Japan. The hotel is quite new and the rooms larger than a standard Japanese hotel typically offers. The bathroom was great but the best was when I looked out the window to a GREAT view of Fukuyama Castle. The onsen/spa was beautiful and really was beyond what I expected all around. Check-out was completed easily with the digital kiosk and many language options were available. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and water pressure of the shower was good. Also, my mother really liked the bathtub. She said that it was a good size, and she could relax a lot.
The room temperature was a bit hot, even I turned off the air conditioner. Anyway, it is just my personal opinion. My mum did not complain any.

Great location - it is directly opposite the fukuyama train station, bus depot, stores and the castle. Beautiful interior, rooms are spacious and clean with modern amenities. The best bathroom I've ever had in Japan. Staff are extremely hospitable and welcoming. If you're visiting Fukuyama, I highly recommend!!

The room was well organised, clean, modern, and nicely appointed. It was functional and quiet, and roomy enough. It had a great bathroom which is larger and more functional than many in the price range. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

The room is so much bigger than expected and it was very clean. The Japanese-style breakfast has a good variety of food. In general very good value for money. The location is great, right next to the station.

The hotel is very near the train station. The fukuyama castle is nearby . In fact from the room windows we can actually see the fukuyama castle. Very nice view at night too
We were given 1 pillow each and the pillows are not very comfortable.

The location couldn't be closer to the main station. The hotel is fairly new, in very good condition and clean. The room was somewhat larger than the usual hotel in this area, and comfortable, with a large bathroom.
The internet worked well until about 7am to 8am when the usual rush by customers to use in the morning brought the transmission rates to a crawl. By 8am it started to improve again.

It was convenient to be so close to the train station. The room was nice and had a wonderful view of the castle. I liked the size of the tub in the bathroom.
The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked.
