I stayed at the hotel for a total of 27 days, pretty much all of November. While breakfast and meals are not provided for free, you are able to order meals and drinks whenever you feel like it 24 hours a day. Dialing the front desk is easy and quick and all you need to do is provide the codes for what you want to request that is written in the menu provided in the room. When leaving the hotel you have to leave your entrance card with the front staff, this way there is no risk of losing your card when you are out of the hotel, you get a note to bring back in order to get back in more easily but I'm sure even if you lose that note you can still get back in if you can be identified. The food and drinks you can order are delicious and are provided very swiftly after ordering. The room is incredibly clean, whenever you leave in the mornings they will ask you if you want the room cleaned or not, and if you say yes they will also ask when you plan on returning so they can ensure the room is cleaned by then. Whenever the room is cleaned, all supplies, amenities, water, coffee, tea, bath supplies are restocked and refreshed, so I recommend requesting a cleanup every 2 or 3 days or so if you are staying for a long time like I did. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating.

The price of the stay is a bit expensive, and it is a bit inconvenient and costly if you want to have guests in your room. You will need to pay the price for an additional person for a whole night even if you just plan to have someone visit for a couple of minutes. Service may lag a little at times when it gets busy, because there are usually only a single person at the reception, handling all incoming customers, calls and everything at once. There is very little information provided in English inside of the room.

The front desk staff were super nice and attentive even though I spoke limited Japanese. The room was good for the price I paid. Its a good location.

The bed was very low but the price i paid was worth it. The AC was kind of noisy but it didnt me wake up. I still should have checked with the front desk about it though.

Actually the negative side its the parking. There are 2 Times parking on both sides of the hotel. The one on the left side (same as the internet cafe available on the hotel) is 1980¥ per 12 hours of stay while the right side (in front of the coin locker) is 7880¥ per 12 hours of stay. We had the right side one, that has no plake informing the price per 12/24hr and almost got a heartattack with the exorbitant price. Definetely its the bad side of it. But in the rest the hotel was really good, the room excellent and the food is amazing.

Located very near Hachioji train station about 5 minutes walk, lots and lots of choices for food and shopping nearby. Friendly staff and helpful. Room is clean
