Lovely hotel and staff. It was nice to stay outside of Tokyo main city but still be close to transport.

The room was different to the picture I believed the room was meant to look like. So the beds actually were smaller than in the photos. The bed itself was a bit stiff and the pillows. Also not being able to change the temperature was disappointing. It was quite warm yet we couldn't change it to cooling. Made the room stuffy.

It was very good. The location was great.

I felt cold in the room, I didn't think there was an individual AC..

I needed a space to work at night (Canada office hours) and sleep during the day. Had good wifi and a desk in the room.

There is a mandatory cleaning every 3rd day done from 10 am until noon. (time when I would have liked to be asleep) Youre not allowed to skip the cleaning. They made arrangements to clean my room right at 10 am though.

Located close to the station, with several convenience stores in the neighborhood. The shared facilities including the restaurant and lobby looked amazing although we didn't have the opportunity to utilize them. They have free coffee at the lobby so we took advantage of that.

Very accommodating! Staff was willing to adjust the breakfast set to accommodate our dietary restrictions! And was very helpful when it came to needing more towels or blankets. We only stayed a night but the location was convenient for what we were doing, very large train station and shopping centre close by as well as a 7/11 and Family Mart right outside (:

I only wish there was free parking nearby but that’s not the establishments fault.

Great location next to train station and mall if you need to be in this area. Staff spoke good English and was very helpful. Very quiet room so I got a good night's sleep to overcome jetlag.

I arrived half an hour before the end of breakfast time and there was hardly anything left to eat.

Breakfast was great! Staff went out of their way to help me with a room change (user error upon booking). They were kind enough to hold our luggage until checkin time as well. Great location and views!

I found the beds too firm for my liking.

The room is clean and super good, the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the pillow, it seems to be a little hard to sleep on but apart from this, there is no other downsides.

Nothing in particular but only the pillow is a little too hard.
