The room was great - loved the shower/bath room that became a walk in dryer! The location was good for catching the bus or walking to Don Quixote.
We were hoping the beach would be nicer - we didn't even go swimming as it was very rocky and shallow. No complaints about the hotel itself except that there was a charge for kitchen supplies. Why have a kitchen if you have to pay extra for dishes/utensils/pans? It should all be provided, maybe pay a refundable deposit if they're worried about people stealing things.

The location was good, close from the beach, close from a nice food truck own by a nice lady from Osaka, and close from a fancy 5 stars hotel.
A bit far from the center. Since the reception in not always open we couldn't ask to keep our luggages after the check out.

Location was good.
There is a fridge and gas stove top, but nothing to cook: no pans, no cutlery, etc, and you are charged ¥1,000 to use one. We stayed 6 days and were only given towels and bath towels the first day, after that, they were not replaced!! Trash was also not taken from the room! It was bizarre...
