Clean, quiet, comfortable, close to trains, close to shops, polite staff.

I found the layout confusing - north & south ends no being connected. It would be good to have the food/restaurant situation clearer. My Japanese language is not good (first time in Japan) (my fault for not learning more) so I found it very difficult to know where to go, how to book breakfast beforehand. The staff did not ask if I wanted breakfast. None of the staff spoke any English and the signage was not clear. I know U shouldn’t expect English to be automatically accommodated, but it’s very common elsewhere and just a few clear signs in English would benefit the hotel as I would’ve used its facilities more. Once I found the restaurant & the staff allowed me in, it was really good, thanks.

The location is very convenient, it is located inside the JR station so you don't have to go far and just need to follow some signs. That said while it could be crowded in the station, the hotel has a relatively big and comfortable lobby inside. Food is plenty to find nearby and there is souvenir shop inside the station as well. The room is clean and modern. It's not what I will call spacious but the space and stuff they provide inside the room is adequate. The staff is also very helpful and understands english to a good degree when i asked for help to unlock my laundry from the machine. They also let me leave my luggage for awhile as I explore the city after I check out. Overall I'm very satisfied, really reccommends this hotel and hopefully I can go to Kagoshima again in the near future :)

The hotel only have one coin laundry machine and one drying machine (separately) when I did my stay, which while on a low season is fine, but having more laundry machine would be great shall the demand for rooms arise in the future.

The hotel is connected to JR station and it's super convenient with few shopping centers in walking distance. The room is very spacious ( compare to traditional hotel in Japan), we still find the room spacious with two big luggage open up in the room. There is washing machine and drying machine where we can wash our clothing from hiking. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they tried to accommodate our special request. There are many local restaurants near the hotel and we feel home when stayed here. Will definitely stay here when I visit again.

Location is the best of all! Bus, train, restaurants, shopping, every thing you need. You just go outside of the hotel and you have it all. I could not complain. Considering the hustle bustle in the area, the room was quiet. It is true that I could even hear my neighbor in next room turn around, snore etc., but again it was not a big deal.

Room is very small, but I was by myself and had very little luggage, so it was not a big deal, but if I were to have a big bag, it would not be comfortable in the room to turn around.

The location was really the best. It is a minute walk to the JR Shinkansen gate. I left my room with 12 mins to my train and even had time to buy a coffee. Room was clean. As part of amenities offered, you also get drip coffee, bath salt, etc There was also enough space to fully open my suitcase. Will definitely recommend.

Nothing. Do be aware that there is a big step up to enter the bathroom/toilet.

I stayed 4 nights, very easy to acess to travel another city and there are lots of convenient stores malls to go shopping, buy something to eat. I absolutely choose this hotel next year!

Not quite good to prevent noise, I can hear SB's takling from their room.

The location is excellent, the room was great although very small, the bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Due to the small size of the room, there is little space to put your things or move around, if you are staying for more than 1 night its a bit tricky.

Excellent hotel, we slept well here. Staff is super polite and helpful. Location is ideal, can be reached from inside the main train station. Room was a bit bigger than usual and very comfortable and quiet. Hotel is a little more expensive than other business hotels in Kagoshima, but well worth it.

literally next to JR shinkansen gate very confident and posh looking at the lobby breakfast included Kagoshima kurobuta Shabu shabu which was a nice addition

rooms were really small and 2 of the down lights were not functioning. rooms are quite dated TV could have been mounted to free up more space in the room.

Location excellent, in the station a very short walk from the Shinkansen tracks and a few minutes walk from the bus station in front of the train station Room size ok, typical for Japan., and very clean. Staff were friendly and professional

Bed was a little hard but again typical for japan so no complaints
