We stayed here for 11 nights. It was very comfortable. The heater was in good condition and kept us warm and toasty after spending most of the day outside feeling cold. They have a complete set of toiletries located near the elevator. A Lawson store is attached to the hotel so you don’t need to go out if you need to buy something. Also just a short walk to and fro the station. They also have a 24-hour coin laundry. Very, very convenient. Everything was great and will definitely consider this hotel again in the future!

The hotel is just 2 min walk from the JR station. There is a 24hr Lawson just next to the hotel lobby. There are many restaurants and shops within 5 min walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. The receptionist allowed me to pay by cash even though it’s suppose to be a “cashless” hotel. The breakfast is sufficient and well prepared. Highly recommend.

This hotel is “cashless” which is not quite convenient for oversea travelers since I don’t have the local e-payment system. And I don’t want to pay by credit card due to privacy reason. Luckily the receptionist allowed me to pay by cash finally. But I was a bit upset at the beginning when she told me the hotel is “cashless”.

Even though the staff didn't speak English that well, they always tried their best and used translator! Thank you and sorry for not being able to speak Japanese 🙃 The hotel is literally right next to a JR station (Tokaido Main Line and Ueno-Tokyo Line), also next to the Enoden Line for easy Shonan area access. The hotel is connected to a big Lawson, so you don't even have to go outside to buy stuff. Yay!

Breakfast was a bargain, even allowing for the limited range but entirely satisfying. Bed was very comfy and roomy.

No provision for work at a desk. Had to sit on the bed and use a stool since the space below the cupboard was occuplied by the fridge and storage. Unlike most places, the complimentary bottles of water were presented - at room temperature -at reception instead of being cold as a welcoming drink on occupation of the room. The fridge was a very mild temperature with no apparent provision for adjustment.

I paid around ¥23,000 including breakfast for 4 nights. That's very economical with high quality. Staff very nice and professional.

Have to insert room card to activate the power outlet in room so can't charge electronics when not in room. Only two sets of washing machine and dryer. People might forget to pick up laundry on time so be aware when to do laundry.

It’s very near to Fujisawa station, and is surrounded by nice restaurants. The hotel provided green teas, face masks and etc at lobby, which you may take it if you need. The room is clean, with air purifier within it. The receptionists are polite and happy to answer our queries.

One of the bed is a little dusty. The room is small, but as expected for 2/3 stars hotel in Japan.

The hotel staff are very pleasant and the room is modern. The hotel offers nice amenities and the breakfast there was great.so convenient near the main station in Fujisaw easy access to Kamakura and Enoshen.great for a short stay.

Can't think of anything but suggest asking for an extra pillow as there are no chairs you will lounge on the bed.

The room I had was spacious and all the amenities were great. The location was perfect as it was right next to Fujisawa (JR) station and close to two convenience stores.

The wifi isn’t as strong. Maybe it was just me or my devices but it got cut sometimes and I couldn’t make smooth video calls.

A typical room in a Japanese hotel: small but a good bed, TV and kettle. A bathroom with lots of amenities. The hotel was next to the railway station, but without noise. Easy for travelling around. Also next to the Enoshima Elecrtic railway 🚃 terminal.

No complaints. Just small like everywhere in Japan.

Extremely convenient location next to Fujisawa train station. Modern facilities with easy automated check in and out.

Room facing train tracks with poor noise isolation means some noise whenever the train passes. Noise isolation of room door to corridor was also poor, it was quite loud whenever anybody talked in the corridor.
