The property was very well maintained, it looked new. The spacious room featured laundry facilities, a bath, and a tatami room. The owner was very accommodating and very nice. If you want quiet and a place to get away, this is the place.

If you want to be near the popular tourist sites, this is a little further away, but only a 10min walk to the Kanazawa Station.

A lot of care went into designing this room. I almost wish I wasn't out exploring so much so that I could have stayed back to enjoy it! Very peaceful atmosphere. Super friendly owner. The separated tea area made it feel like a modern ryokan. There's a pretty fancy bath and shower setup which was nice to use after a long day of walking. Not too far from most sights in the city. I think it was around 15 minutes from the central train station and maybe 20-30 to museums and shopping areas.

Mrs Masa was amazing, very polite and helpful. The room is perfect and everything new. Very spacious, clean, and Japanese atmosphere mixed with high technology all around the room. A separate tea location in the room for a Japanese tea moment. Extremely recommended.

The location is amazing but not so close to the public transportation.

The hotel is small and the service from the owner was fantastic. The traditional Kanazawa elements are really beautiful. Kanazawa is such a walkable city and the hotel location was an easy walk to the main sights. The owner gave us some beautiful gifts for staying with them. We can't wait to come back to Kanazawa and stay again.

Very nice hotel with lots of attention to details and nice decoration. 10 min walking distance from the train station and also 10 min walk to the Omicho market. There is a good Italian coffee close by that serves good coffee and breakfast. Friendly and welcoming host speaking excellent english.

Perfect vibe, traditional Japanese mixed with modern features. Lovely room, lotts of beautiful details. A tatami sitting area, with a tea station, lovely! Mr Masa is really friendly and helpful. Welcome drink and kimono for your stay. Perfect and good vibe all around. We loved it!!

This small hotel is beautifully presented, outside and in. The manager, Masa, accommodated our request to drop off our bags early and they were waiting with the yukatas we'd selected in our room. The room was beautifully styled, with a comfortable tatami area and very comfortable beds. It was a pleasure spending time there.

Beautiful large room with comfortable bed and eating area. We very much appreciated the washing machine/drying facilities. The room was an ideal size for 3 people with the futon bed and was well located to explore the area.

I loved everything about this hotel. Every single detail was carefully curated, nothing was left to chance. It's a mix of traditional Japanese Inns and modern take on hotel stays. the host who runs the hotel was exquisite. This was definitely the accommodation I liked the most out of my whole trip in Japan.
