It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable and it was very private and it has a washing machine which was handy. It gave you an example of what a Japanese house would be like.

The pillows were hard and very thin, there was only one bean bag to sit on, would have been good if there were a couple of chairs and a table, all the instructions were in Japanese and the directions to find the place could have been a bit clearer and the breakfast was delivered every morning and it was a Japanese breakfast which was fine but a variety of what was in it would have been good

Easy check in process, close walk to the train station and Omicho market. The design of the hotel was beyond expected and executed perfectly. We loved that the space was very family friendly. There was plenty of space for my toddler to roam and play and it made it very comfortable to just relax at the hotel, making it hard to leave. Will definitely be thinking of making Neon hotel a must go for our family every couple of years.

The room was like a small apartment, very modern and clean. On a quiet street, about 10 minute walk from the station (faster with a taxi). The bedroom was separated from the living area by a sliding door and there was also a separate small kitchen and shower toilet area with washing machine. We had little interaction with staff. The robes were appreciated. Would definitely go back.

You have to enter the door codes exactly as written on the instructions. With star or hash.

This place is new, built in 2020, so the facilities are great, clean and quite modern with a beautiful blend of traditional architecture. There is really no faulting this property. Check in was very smooth, at a seperate hotel next to Kanazawa station which I assume manages the facility. By far the best accomodation we’ve stayed at on our holiday. 50 meters up the road from Neon is the most gorgeous little cafe with great coffee and a selection of delicious food, Cafe Angolo. By far the best cafe and best coffee we’ve had in Japan.

The staffs were very kind and the check-in process was smooth. We went in the winter & it's very cold outside, but the room was warmed when we entered in the beginning. That was great! The place is spacious for 4 people, there's a small balcony and a Japanese style living room too. The television in the living room could connect to netflix too. The kitchen had all the tools for us to cook and there's even detergent to use the washing machine. Besides, we could use the heat/dry function in the bathroom to dry our laundry during the rainy days. The location is within 10 minutes walk to Kanazawa station and it's easy to find.

The staff will enter the room during the day time to throw the thrash and take the floor towels. I hope there's no 'do not disturb' tag that we could put on the room door to reject this service if we're not comfortable with it. The beds were a little hard for me. There's no indoor slippers.

Wonderful accommodation. It is a beautiful apartment, much bigger and more comfortable than a hotel room. The photos don't do it justice: it is new, and very stylish. After two weeks of hotels, we absolutely loved it.

I think they should be more clear that check in is at another hotel. There is no staff at Neon Hotel, so guests have to check in at Kanazawa Hotel, right outside the train station. You basically walked past Kanazawa Hotel on your way to Neon Hotel, so it is not a big deal at all if you arrive at the right time. We arrived at 1.30pm and were told we couldn't check in to Neon until 3.00pm (that's standard for Japan: it doesn't matter if the room is ready and available, the rules must always be obeyed!). It was pouring with rain, so we had to go away for 90 minutes, come back to Hotel Kanazawa to collect our luggage and then walk Neon. That was a bit tedious.

The apartment was spacious. The beds very comfortable. We loved the bamboo matting, paper walls and natural fibres used in the bedding. We even had a small balcony.

Although the traditional Japanese living room normally doesn't have chairs, our Western legs didn't feel comfortable sitting low to the floor. A couple of chairs would have been appreciated.

The space was close to several tourist attractions, a supermarket, and multiple bus lines. Facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Was able to wash clothing and reset for the week in a relaxed setting. The space is an apartment with amenities, rather than a hotel room. so make sure that is what you want. Definitely recommend for someone who wants a better feel for living in the area.

The room was just amazing: a huge, clean and nice apartment with all what we can expect to have for staying. It was well designed with a perfect mixe between modernity and tradition.

The checkin is made in a big hotel near the station. The staff there is not as friendly as each others. The hotel is a little bit farer walking form the station with luggages.

- Quiet street within walking distance from Kanazawa Station. - Spacious room, living room and bathroom. Perfect size for 4 people. - Washing machine with two hanging lines and a drying function in the bathroom. - Initially, I was a little confused because check in can only be done at their parent property, Kanazawa Hotel. However, it’s more convenient for luggage storage as it’s right next to the station, plus you will pass by it anyway on your way to Neon. - Great amenities, especially for long stays. They even provide humidifiers and dehumidifiers in the room.

- At the entrance of the 4 person room, there was only one pair of slippers.
