Tried the love hotel because of the spacious room as compared to usual business hotel in Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and they even refill 3 bottles of mineral water everyday if you manage to finish them. They do not require you to check out each day and check in again if you stay for multiple nights which some love hotels does that. Location is just about 2-3mins walk from nearest train station.

As the interior seems to be slightly old, seen a few cracks on bathroom tiles.

The hotel's proximity to the station, only about 150 meters away, made shopping and dining extremely convenient.

It would greatly benefit overseas guests who don't speak Japanese and lack access to a network if the hotel provided a directional drawing. We spent over half an hour seeking assistance from locals to locate the hotel, despite its close proximity to the train station, due to the intricate streets surrounding the area.

The location is very good just a walk 1 min from Otsuka. The room is good very big, queen size bed but the mattress is quite hard I feel back pain. They have a free coffee bar at the front desk. There do not provide clean the room every day, may we have to ask. I didn't ask them about that because difficult to communicate in English, the staff speak only Japanese when I checked in.

Big room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is very central but there is good soundproofing as it is a love hotel. Staff was very nice, kind and friendly. Special mention to "Maria" at the reception for helping with the check-in. She also gave good recommendations on restaurants in the area, and always greets with you a big smile.

The windows in the rooms wouldn't fully close and didn't block the light completely. Got quite bright early morning in the room.

Very friendly reception and we could enter the room earlier. The bathtub had a whirlpool function and it was great. The room was very big and had a window (which a lot of love hotels don't have). The area is great and right infont of the trainstation. You feel very safe and dont have to worry. Also you don't hear anything ;)

The wallpaper was peeling in a few areas. The room and furniture felt a bit old.

We booked last minute due to scheduling conflicts. It was very spacious and well equipped - I believe we had the smallest room on the floor but still had a small sofa and coffee table. The room had a microwave if you needed a late night snack.

There was small food scrap missed under the sofa, in an otherwise seemingly clean room. (As an aside, the elevator was pretty small. Clearly not meant for oversized luggage.)

Its very near the station, we really love the location, its complete with restaurants to eat, daiso, don quijote, aeon super market, also near a thrift shop with super bargain prices. The room is clean, complete from facial needs, mouth needs, bath needs, generous with towels, free room cleaning, we really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone is so nice and accommodating.

Excellent hotel! Room is spacious compared to usual Tokyo tiny size. It’s also very well-equipped with lots of facial and body care stuff of famous brands; I’m impressed. The heating aircon works well. Location is super close to Otsuka station, lots of restaurants around. Staff is friendly and nice. Totally recommended and I will come back.

The room was veeery spacious, great bath and amenities. They cleaned the room mid trip for free. It has the best location possible, super close to otsuka station. Great price too. Friendly staff!!

Small window that does not open all the way, it smelled a bit like tobacco. They don't offer you champagne tho, so don't get your expectations too high ahahah

-near Otsuka station (Yamanote line) good if you have JR Pass -you can have your room cleaned every day -they will add cream, shampoo and whatever you used in the previous day
