I recently had the pleasure of visiting Japan for the very first time, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality and humbleness I encountered at the hotels I stayed in. From the moment I stepped foot in Japan, I was captivated by the warm welcome and genuine kindness extended by the people, and this sentiment was mirrored by the exceptional service I received at the hotels. The hotel I stayed at was immaculately clean, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment for guests. Every corner of the rooms and common areas reflected a meticulous attention to detail, showcasing the Japanese commitment to cleanliness and orderliness. I found this aspect of my stay particularly refreshing and it further enhanced my overall experience. The staff's friendly attitude truly made me feel at home during my stay. Each encounter with the hotel staff was marked by their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, answering my inquiries, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, their kind demeanour made a lasting impression. Clean, friendly, all facilities working, useful distance from airport. Very nice staff. Breakfast abundant, but less choices for western palette however, perfectly good. Found some snacks, shops across the way although it does have restaurant. Lots of vending machines, had parking, very convenient.Helpful front desk staff.

I suppose we didnt factor in how close it is to the station...literally looking at the tracks from our room...so great for commuting, but we found it a little noisy. It did go quiet at night, but dont expect a lie in...although i suppose it's not expected you linger too long anyway. Did not affect us too much just be prepared if you want absolute soundproofing. Quite small bathroom but it had everything you need.

Hotel is just next to the station. It is very convenient to get a train from this location. We stayed here overnight to catch a flight in the morning from the Kansai Int Airport. I think many guests stay in this hotel for the same purpose. The staff is very friendly, especially the front desk staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is from 6.45 am - 9.30 am. Buffet was very nice with a combination of Japanese and western food items. Room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent with all the required items. There is also an onsen at the 1st floor. Additionally coin laundry, vending machines, microwaves also available. There are many restaurants close to the hotel including Japanese, Nepalese/ Indian etc. Highly recommended.

TV menu was in Japanese. I could not find a way to change the language to English.

The hotel is right next to the JR train station, making it extremely easy to commute when staying in this hotel. All services are very good, including the front desk, restaurant for breakfast and the room service. I cannot say anything bad about this hotel at Higashikiswada Ekimae.

Nothing I did not like. I am happy with all things provided by this hotel. I will definitely book this hotel again if I will be back to Osaka.

Breakfast and spa. Selection, taste of breakfast is good. How comfort of spa are temperature, size of bath tub and environmental, cleanness of everywhere. Room also good. Even though room is for single it is good enough space. Desk is good to use. And you can check with congestion situation of spa and restaurant by TV in the room.

Noise from train station. It comes from ventilation hall on the wall that faced to station. I woke up by sound of express train in the morning. But it was time to wake up. that is why no problem for me.

This hotel very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Having only 1 day in Osaka, this was a great option. Very convenient to the airport with the train/metro just outside the hotel. Easy to get to the city for the day. The hotel mineral baths were a great ending to the a long day sightseeing. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Sento was nice and has good hours.. literally beside the jr line , that was a great bonus coming from a late flight LOVEDDDDDD their breakfast ! Hate that i had to wake up so early for it but it was 100% worth it and had a variety of items. Beds were comfy and room layout was very efficient

Didnt realize could hear the train so well , but earplugs would help if u are a light sleeper

This hotel is located next to the Higashikishiwada station. So, it's very easy to catch trains from here. There are also some resturants close to the hotel. The breakfast is very nice. Good value for money.

TV channels are only in Japanese. I think this is a big problem for foreign visitors because most of the hotels do not provide English channels or menus.

・Perfect location, right in front of the station and easy to go to Kansai International Airport ・Very minimal yet comfortable and clean room with small sofa ・Nice public bath ・Free tea and coffee at the reception

・Nothing much to say, but maybe it'll be better if breakfast starts earlier or provide small snack for the people who cannot have breakfast buffet due to early morning flight.

I chose to stay at this hotel because I had to catch an early flight next morning. The hotel is next to the train station. Very easy to go to the Kansai airport. Overall very happy with the room, though small but comfortable for one person. Bathroom is compact and have everything I need. Breakfast was good.
