Stayed for 5 nights, liked everything. Good 3 star hotel. My room was clean and warm. Everything worked properly, there was no mold, the bed linen was fresh. Towels, toothbrushes and trash were removed every day. The staff is pleasant and polite. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the airport. You can also order a transfer from Izumisano or Iharanosato train stations. Delicious varied breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. There are also interesting places nearby.

Walking distance from the station to the hotel at night was safe, with nice walking paths, not walking in the dark. Loved the shuttle bus to the airport because get to see the scenery of Osaka streets. Near walking distance to Don Quijote and hypermarket.

Should have an alternative to breakfast not being able to dine in due to early departure, for example takeaway or grab and go at the checkout counter.

Early check-in into the room was very good! There is a free shuttle bus going back to Kansai Airport. Staff is kind. Location is 20-30 minutes away and taxi cost about 50,000 yen on a Saturday. Only 15 minutes away from Iharanosato Station by foot.

There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so it was a little difficult finding food or items to buy.

Breakfast was better than I expected. Alot of Asian and western options. The free shuttle to and from KIX was excellent. Great shower with plenty of shower gel and shampoo.

Everything was fine. If there was one thing, it's a more comfortable pillow for sleeping. I'm not a fan of rice pillows.

Breakfast was much better than expected. Beautifully laid out, tasted great. The chef personally served us. Took their free shuttle to Kansai airport after breakfast for the first leg of the return trip.

Room was small (not unexpected for Japan) and window to outside did not open. Bed, toilet, etc. was fine.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was awesome and the airport shuttle was tremendously useful, I'm truly grateful to all the Staffs and the shuttle driver, all the best wishes for your cooperation.

The size of the room was fine. And the bed was realy good.And afree shuttle to the airport.

The breakfast choice was a bit limited. maybe it was because a very large group of Chinese had just eaten there.

Shuttle bus is on time. Breakfast is good. Nambo line is just ten minutes walk away.

The key is a little bit wearsome.

Very helpful and considerate staff, free shuttle to the airport, breakfast included ... though we had to leave before it was served. The manager met us in the lobby at 5:10 with a bag for each of us with juice, yoghurt and a banana with his apologies that the breakfast buffet was not yet open! We will definitely stay here again if we need a hotel near KIX.
