The view!!! Spectacular! Even though the day was rainy and horrible the view was superb and I got to watch sunrise too so was pretty happy (I'm a very light sleeper). Also i love watching trains so was happy to see shinkansen coming and going from the station too. The staff allowed me to check in early even though it is almost impossible in Japan! So kudos for that 👏. Staff was very nice and friendly and the room. It is right next to the translation, just use the bridge. 1000%recommend. I want to be back to Kokura again when the weather will be nicer so will definitely choose the same hotel again

A classy hotel within easy walking distance of the Kokura Shinkansen station and the convention center. The rooms are nice and clean, with plenty of amenities and a beautiful view of Kitakyushu. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with both Japanese and Western offerings. The room service dinner options were also tasty and very decently priced.

Most of the staff do not speak English. Nevertheless, the staff are very friendly and hardworking, and with the help of translation devices, we were able to communicate.

Delicious breakfast. Central location. We walked to the night food market street along the river bank. Hotel public hot spring is less crowded. Only two of us including another lady.

When we arrived at the hotel, it took a little bit longer waiting for valet parking. It seemed like the lady staff who worked on the shift was not capable of handling the multiple-vehicle parking

Location was excellent. The view from the 21st floor was amazing and the room was large and comfortable with all that you could wish for.

The leisure spa was closed for the entirety of our stay and was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. We weren't notified this was the case. It opened up the day after we left.

I forgot to ask receipt of my staying there. When I asked them to send the receipt, it was quite fast to response my reqeust.

The gym is not free even for customers staying in the hotel. It's too expensive 3,300 JPY per time. If it's indicated that the gym is charged not free one from the begining.

The location was very nice and the staff members were extremely polite and helpful.

The price for a room was a bit expensive. Can you provide people who stayed at your facilities with a coupon for a reduced room rate, which may entice them to return for another stay?

The location right next to the station with a walkway was very convienient. The rooms were huge, especially by Japanese standards. The breakfast was very good, varied and tasty. I enjoyed it a lot. The staff were a little shy but very welcoming.

the gym was not included, and did not have an opportunity for only paying for a short 30min visit that I could have used during a work trip. It was expensive (but a full experience, I suppose).

In Japan I like to have my Hotel close to the train station. The train station area is always safe and offers plenty of infrastructure (food towers, shopping, subway and train connections.

Everything was great. Check in flawless. I like that I could use the HDMI cable to connect with the tv to view my own content and play video games. Great views on the upper floor. Bed comfy. Breakfast was AMAZING!
