The reception staff were very warm and friendly, professional and helpful. While English is not their first language, they communicated with us (non-Japanese speakers) very well. Our room was very clean, the twin beds were comfortable and the wifi was good. Hot water was plentiful and there was good water pressure. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels were supplied daily, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the main rail station.

There is no lounge area in the hotel, so all your time has to be spent in your (small, but average for Japan) room. Breakfast on our last day was a total disaster. We arrived in the breakfast area early, only to find that there was no breakfast to be eaten. Every scrap of food had run out. There were no staff on duty for breakfast, so nothing could be replenished until Reception got free from checking customers out. Refills happened in a very haphazard way, with not much more food being provided, and that very, very slowly. Apart from that fiasco, I would have rated the hotel a 9 or 10, not 8.

This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel while in Kushiro. Front desk staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Higuchi. We would like to thank him for his wonderful service - he spent over one hour helping us booking winter activities and restaurants, whatever we asked for. Great location, 1-2 minutes walking to JR Kushiro station and bus terminal, 3 minutes walk to the popular Washo market. The room is small, but clean and comfy. Value for the money was far beyond my expectation. The price included free breakfast buffet. We loved our stay.

Some of the mattresses were not very comfortable for the older people in our party.

The hotel is very close to Kushiro station, but sadly all the eateries were around Nusamai Bridge, which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Facilities were good. There is a microwave for guest use in the cafeteria and you're allowed to enjoy your reheated bento there. There's also an ice dispenser on the 2/F which is quite nice if you'd like to have a super cold drink or two. Free breakfast is available at the hotel from 05:30 - 09:00 (09:30 on the weekends). There weren't many choices, but all of them were surprisingly delicious. Fruit and vegetable smoothies were served as well so it's a healthy way to start your day.

The pillows were a bit too thin.

This hotel was so comfortable and just across the road from the Train Station. The room was a great size for Japanese standards. The breakfast was great. The only thing was we only got to stay there one night. The staff were so friendly. We will make sure we stay longer if we come back. Thanks for having us.

welcome by the counter staff w good English. very friendly and helpful. she helped us to call a cab. we were able to check early as requested due to the availability. breakfast was good and healthy. nice breakfast place.

lights in the room was not able to give me proper dim lights. it had to turn off the entire room light or to switch on all.

Location: Right next to the station so easy access and getting around. Room: Tidy and compact so no dramas there. Service: Staff were friendly and attempted to speak English but I could speak/understand enough. Very nice breakfast

Breakfast was great, the smoothies deserve a special shoutout. They were healthy and yummy. Location was great, within short walking distance to the bus terminal and train station. Front desk staff were very helpful

Quick check-in without, quick and excellent recommendation for a well-priced, tasty lunch with a view (in a competing hotel), located meters away from the JR station, bordering the dining and entertainment district. Bus-stop just outside.

The choice in the breakfast buffet was acceptable, but could've been better.

Near a subway station entrance. Lots of eateriesband convenience stores. The coach drops the passengers almost in front of the hotel door.

The access to the subway with an elevator is 300 metres away. Need to take a walk with the luggage. It is no fun when it is raining or snowing heavily.

Convenient location, attached carpark, good breakfast. Within walking distance of the Kushiro Market. Breakfast good but have had better ones at other Comfort Hotels!

The parking garage is an elevator one, and there can be a wait associated with it.
