Love the people who work there they are so helpful Big up makoto, ayano, Melissa, Zakki, and unfortunately Marisa ;). They are really nice and friendly and with awesome guest events such as zakkis tour ( eisaa festival, takoyaki cooking and eating night. Yukata dress up! Makoto and ayano are super stars for helping set off to kerama backpackers and help me sow up my ripped trousers. They even gave me a snorkel to borrow for free cause the island will pay extra. The kitchen was really nice and clean plus the common area. The late check in was like an escape room quest. you have to find the envelope and find the code for the door to open a new door and areas. Melissa is so sweet and kind and such a lovely kind soul and Marisa is just a crack up aye! Really like the beds that give you a tiny fan which clamps on the pole very much needed for an island season weather !

Being first timer in japan without japanese language, we run into a lot of unexpected events around activities reservations. The stuff was friendly and extremely helpful and we are really grateful for all the hospitality and help. Additionally the space was cozy , friendly and really clean. We could use the facility comfortably, especially the workstation and the lobby kitchen. The room were clean , comfortable with a beautiful view . And the location was near a bus station and the port where it is really easy to book a trip to the beautiful zamami island. A monorail station is also not too far. There is a fish Market and family Mart convinient store a proximity.

Great value for double room. Clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed and desk. Washrooms very nice and clean, soap and shampoo provided. Secure rooms with Key and Code access. Friendly staff, cheap laundry and drying area. Very close to Ferry Port to Tokashiki, Zamami and Kerama Islands ~2min walk. Luggage stored for us whilst we are on the island, very helpful. Common area is good. Has tables, bar type counter and a tatami area. They also have a work space. Kitchen area is small, but fairly well equipped

A bit of a walk into central Naha but not too bad, around 15/20 mins on foot.

I definitely recommend this place for remote working while traveling to Keramas islands : The hostel has a working place with an incredible view on the port and very good WiFi. The ferry port to Tokashiki island is right behind the building. I traveled with 2 friends and we met some helpers and other travelers who were all super nice to us. The hostel is huge, provides all necessary facilities, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, better than expected, and very affordable!

Nothing. Maybe 1 or 2 more showers in the common areas to avoid queuing ;)

Staff are very nice and speak great English. Some of the staff were there for work exchange. It was convenient to have the toilet and shower in the dormitory but I preferred walking to the upper floor to the common bathroom because it was more spacious, better ventilated and I can sit down in front of a mirror. The kitchen was very good albeit it is narrow so very easily gets crowded when multiple people want to use it simultaneously. The lounge area is great for socialising and the co-working space upstairs is ideal for remote working. Coin operated washer and dryer, plus there is a covered drying area to hang clothes.

Reception and kitchen is in one building, the bedrooms are in the building next door, so when it rains you'd get wet walking between the two buildings.

We loved how spacious the room was. It had a view of the harbour which was lovely to wake up to (most of the time lmao) Staff were super helpful and friendly ❤️ We loved getting to island hop!

The bathroom shower curtains are really gross. They looked like they had been dragged through dirt before being hung 💀 defs need to be replaced The location kinda sucks tbh depending on what you're travelling for. If you want to see more of the main island this isn't a convenient location, however if you want to island hop then this is the perfect location for you as it's right next to Tomari Port. The downside to this though is waking up to the ships blowing their horns 😂 also the walls are extremely thin so be prepared to listen to your noisy neighbours

We had a private room for 2 people with shared bathroom. It was small, but felt cozy. The flooring, wallpaper and bathroom were new, modern and clean. It was quiet. This is a backpacker style place with kitchen and relax room. We are older people and the front desk offered to carry our packs up the stairs to the third floor which we couldn't let them do (pride). If you want to take the ferry, this is the perfect close location.

This fault is universal in hotel room: 1 chair for double room. The only "chair" in this room was a three leg stool that was so small and weak I was afraid to sit on it. They should fix carpet and floor on the steps (that could have been one reason they offered to carry out bags up).

My Place was a great place to stay. I liked the kindness of the staff and guests. The atmosphere was easy-going and friendly. They also offered vouchers to cover the price of various tours like diving, snorkeling, and whale watching. On this trip I was able to meet a lot of great people and make new friends.

There were a few stains on the sheets we initially had, but besides that the facilities were regularly cleaned each day. And if the rooms got too warm you could turn the AC on or open the window.

Very helpful staff! The common bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The room (double) was quite small but the bed is large enough to be comfy for 2 ppl. We managed to also book one of the diving tours which the hostel offered and it was the best experience we had in Okinawa. Absolutely recommended (and make sure to book a few days in advance)! There is also a quiet coworking area with a lovely seaview.

There is no elevator so it can be a bit of a nuisance with large luggage but they helped us carry it to the room. It is a bit far from the main areas in the city but still manageable and there is a bus stop about 8 min by foot which has a lot of bus connections.

This is a great place for digital nomads. The rooms have hotel comfort, the common areas have the look and feel of a hostel. The best of both worlds when you consider the low price. Common areas: There is a quiet coworking area separated from the "living room" with fast enough Internet for video calls. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of spices and accoutrement for actual meal cooking and plenty of seating for dining. There are coin operated clothes washing and drying machines (soap included) as well as drying lines (200 yen washer and 100 yen for 15 minutes of dryer). The front desk is open 9-9 with helpful staff and lots of literature. There is a Japanese-style table that acts as a living room and the obligatory picnic table outside to smoke. Rooms: (we stayed in the twin room, them moved to the twin with bathtub). We booked for 1 night and extended for a week and a half. The twin room is comfy, but the twin with bath is even more inviting. Good water pressure, plenty of hooks, a couch, drawers for clothing, and coffee table makes the place feel like home. The room has an electric kettle with tea and accessories.

The rooms could use a mirror outside of the bathroom near an electrical outlet so you can use a hair dryer. There is no elevator and there are 3 stories. No biggie if you have backpacks. I mean, it is a hostel after all.
