Clean but has small patches of mold, which didn't really bother me. Walking distance to the Family Mart and Naminoue Beach. Short walk to Max Value and Ryubo market. There are lots of restaurants nearby such as steakhouse, hamburger restaurant, soba, ramen shop, izakaya. 24-hour Hotto Motto nearby is a plus. There's a tempura shop 1 block from the hotel. But she is hardly ever there. You'll be lucky to catch the tempuraya san lady because she is such a nice old lady, and her tempura is so delicious. Lots of cheap paid 24-hour parking nearby. Cheapest i paid was ¥600 for 24 hours. The television has Netflix and Prime Amazon that you can hook up your own account and able to watch movies, especially when you're stuck in the hotel during typhoon like I did.

I can hear the people from upstairs banging on the floor at midnight. The bed is ok. Not too comfortable. The bed gave me a backache from time to time. The washer doesn't clean my clothes really well.

The building has no staff, so all the check in is done using a tablet and then a video call to their call center in cambodia. Worked pretty well tbh (they spoke good English!). Building modernly decorated. Location in Naminoue, near the beach, around 20mins walk from the comercial area. Apartment modern and spacious, desk and good internet for remote work (was good for 2 people working). Washing machine in the apartment. 10 mins from the airport by taxi.

-Since there is no staff, we could not find a way to leave our bags during the day. -Early check in at 1pm for a fee (3000¥).. bit excessive. -Do not reserve using the option that booking.com offers, called "National Support". This is intended only for people resident in Japan, not foreign tourists, otherwise they will have to cancel your booking and you will need to make a new one, for a higher price. Booking should advertise clearly that this is only for japan residents. -Bit pricey.

The room was fantastic! Extremely spacious, came with a balcony and a kitchenette, and we even had our own washing machine in the room. The bathroom was great, and could be used as a drying room for clothes. This was the cheapest place we stayed in during our trip to Japan, but it was definitely the best. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the beach, there's a Family Mart around the corner, and it's a ten minute walk from the monorail station and the main strip.

The hotel is "un-manned", so checking in and out is done via an iPad, and the rooms are not cleaned every night unless you request it - this wasn't an issue for us, but just something to be aware of.

The hotel offers good value for money. It The room is clean and reasonably sized for our family of 4 based on Japanese standard. It is like staying in an apartment/studio. There is a small kitchen, and toilet is separated from the bathroom.

The check-in process was a bit tedious. I had to enter all guests' info and took photos of the passports. The mobile web made me to re-enter all the info a couple times while I had issues with taking and uploading the photos. This is an unmanned hotel and it is advised to read the instructions and enter required info in advance. The hotel is located in a quiet red-light district. It did not bother us and we also feel safe walking in the surrounding area. Guests just need to be a bit mentally-prepared to see few "information centers" around.

Experiencing the staffless "new normal", quiet, well equipped room. Really appreciated the clothes washer in the room.

Somewhat time consuming checking process. Might want to clarify that you have provided the iPad and Skype call logistics. First impression was "I don't have Skype on my phone!". Finally figured out that it was already set up for me on your end. Whew!

This is an excellent hotel with outstanding value for money ratio. The hotel offers a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen section and a washing machine. I also like its location near the city Beach.

None to my opinion

Good price, nice room, clean, looks like new (I guess so), quiet, and there's a landry machine and dryer.

Not enough shelf or rack for bags and wall hanger or hook. It would be nice if there's system of rental of cleaning tools or something like that.

The room was very large and very modern, with large bath and very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and also very understanding when our flight was delayed. Area was very central, not far from monorail and very close to beach. Easy checking in and very friendly staff. Will stay here again ❤️

It was a beautiful room with a kitchen, washing machine and balcony. It has everything you need for a longer stay and is very spacious!

I wish I could've talked to staff directly instead of via Skype. They spoke English though so it wasn't a huge issue!
