The rooftop pool was chilly with winds and no jacuzzi, so the pool on the second floor was much nicer to spend time at and located adjacent to the spa/sauna area. These were included in the room rate, so that was a bonus, too. The breakfast was really wonderful though some items were warm rather than hot due to the buffet layout. Really nice selection and varied a bit each day. There was an airport shuttle that was free as well.

The "entertainment district" area can be avoided by heading northeast along the park towards the temple, then walking to avoid the touts that were around in the neighborhood. The wind on each floor near the elevators can be a bit strong and brisk in winter, too.

Front staff were wonderful and helped us to hire a taxi so that we could take a day tour up to Nakijin Castle. They went above and beyond! We loved the provided pajamas and the convenience of access to the onsen in the building.

I wish we had known that the hotel floors were open air. We went in early February and were on a higher floor so it was a bit chilly and windy when we were standing in the hallways waiting for the elevator.

The breakfast had a lot of variety, the onsen was very organized and had a lot of indications for foreigners. Staff was really nice and tried their best to accommodate our requests.

The twin beds were too big for the room, so the room didn’t have a lot of space The hotel will give you towels only for the onsen and the downstairs pool, but not the upstairs pool, so if you don’t bring your own pool towel you have to take your bath towel to the rooftop pool.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and had many types of Okinawan cuisine. The rooms were a little small, but very clean and with nice furniture, etc. The staff members were also helpful. Overall, it was a nice, clean hotel.

The location was convenient, but the surrounding businesses seemed to be part of the red-light district so we did not want to walk around near the hotel.

The location (close to airport and city center and beach), breakfast (excellent!), included onsen usage, great value for money…

Room size was fine but would have been better if a bit bigger. Also, there is no dedicated space for temporary parking of cars during check-in, and location of front/lobby is in a corner, so it could be difficult/could cause some inconvenience to surrounding traffic.

Nice and confortable beds. The simpatic en helpfull staff. The breakfast is very good. The onsen are very relaxing.

The galerys are very open and if is raining or having one big storm or tyfoon(was our case) everything becames wet. The noise of the another guests. You can not enjoy the swiming poll if is bad wether because they are in the open space.

The pool and onsen are great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood was interesting. A few restaurants within walking distance. Probably 10 Soapland businesses within just a couple blocks.

Amazing facilities and clean modern look throughout the hotel.

Tattoos not allowed in onsen or pool is very outdated and off putting to foreign travellers (which for a hotel seems silly?). Both pools and the sky bar were really beautiful, but nobody else used them so it really lacked an atmosphere. The location is in a really seedy part of town surrounded by Soaplands and was a good 20/25 minutes walk to get to the main part of town.

Rather a pleasant stay although we haven't really made use of all the facilities the hotel has on offer. Just keep in mind that outside the season the outside pool on the top is out of order. The basic room is just ok. Nothing fancy but quite comfortable.

Indeed, the location is not ideal. During late hours there is nothing other than love hotels and the likes. Even finding the restaurant is a challenge. I wouldn't call the neighbourhood dangerous in any way but one may feel a little bit unnerving during night.

The onsen and sauna. Two pools, room was decorated nicely and bathroom was lovely.

Bedroom could have been a bit bigger, difficult with two big suitcases. Would have been nice if the restaurant served for later in the day, not just at breakfast.
