Big room, very comfortable, nice interior. Friendly staff and good service. Location close to everything worth shopping and bus stations.

The coin laundry was expensive and not within the main building. You need to leave through the main entrance, cross the the car entrance and go to a separate room, which has no security. Everyone could enter just from the street and access without hotel card, pin or anything else. Also the machines could not be locked by pin. I see here potential for improvement.

Nothin negative to report

This hotel is fantastic! I've come to expect great service at hotels and inn's throughout Japan, but the EXES really stands out for many reasons: Excellent location withing walking distance to the Asahibashi station, Kokusai Dori Street; tons of restaurants/shopping; and the Naha bus terminal for tours. The staff went way out of their way for us even chasing us down when we started heading in the wrong direction one morning to get us back on course. And the room. We stayed in some great places on this trip, but this room was the nicest. Large; extremely nice amenities; 2 balconies (corner unit).

My only regret is not trying the restaurants. They look great and are award winning, but we didn't have enough time to check them out, and they are closed on Mondays which happened to be one of our travel days here.. Something to look forward to next time, and i will definitely come back here again.

The decoration of the hotel is certainly worth 5 stars. The location is close to the monorail station, and it's not far from Kokusai Dori. We walked there every day.

The table near the window can be a great workstation, but its height and the distance to the chair made it ill-equipped for the task. The shape of the chairs is not helping either. Some people still have work to do in a nice hotel room like this. I hope they can make the desk and the chair more practical when they renovate it in the future.

The hotel's location is excellent. Very near the airport and also perfectly located for local transport links. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Very quiet and clean room, very helpful staff. Also walking distance to some beautiful historical and spiritual sites.

There is nothing that I didn't like, I loved my stay!

Extremely clean hotel with large rooms (large by any measure, let alone by Japan standards!). Lovely toiletries and amenities provided. Convenient location to the monorail (direct to the airport) and downtown Naha.

I got an extremely good last minute deal. Otherwise I don’t think this hotel would be good value for money. The pool is very small and there is no nice views. I’ve stayed in many high end hotels around the world and this one certainly isn’t anything special.

Staying at EXES in Naha was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was top-notch - the location was prime- about 5 min walk the start of the busy area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. Would 100% stay again.

There is really nothing I could offer that wold have made our stay better. It was perfect.

The room size was really good. Hotel has really good location, walking distance to the Main Street. Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind.

I had to pay extra for the parking.

Centrally located… reasonably quiet for its city location. Close to most important bus lanes and monorail… could tahe a make-up as it has come into age

Face lift soon pending… still nothing really bad
