The rooms are exceptional, large, nicely designed, great bed. The breakfast is overwhelming, the offer includes everything I could imagine. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The availability of food an drinks during the day and evenings is extremely limited: to start with, there is no room service. The restaurants that are available are mostly fancy, totally overpriced set-menu offerings. There is no pool bar or terrace restaurant, where you can enjoy a drink and a nibble outside at a nice evening. Now, let’s be fair, that might be a cultural thing, me coming from Europe. But for me that was a bummer. And by the way, they charge you for the parking, really, in the middle of nowhere and with abundance of space….

Super modern and very new built hotel resort (opening 2022) that is totally clean everywhere. The rooms are huge the bathroom is amazing, you have modern coin washing machines and dryer, a towel service at the beach and if you don’t need the room cleaning you will receive 1500¥ per night not taking the service. You can use this money for cocktails or parking (1500¥ per day). But don’t worry about fresh towels and amenities, you can order them even if you don’t want your room to be cleaned. All the restaurants are good and you have different type of food. I only took cocktails at my stay and they weren’t cheap neither expensive. Like 1600¥ ~ 10-12$. There was a little bit much ice inside but the taste was perfect. It was all like you would expect from a hotel bar. The room was very clean the beds are hard but I like it hard. The air condition only works when you’re at the room so be aware that your room will heat up when nobody is in it (they have a motion sensor) and it was in April outside temperature was 26°C so inside it got the same. But cooking down was quick like 5 minutes and you had a cool room again when coming back from the beach

Nothing. Maybe some employees could improve their English skills. Also the hotel should have employees at the front desk that can speak English. The checkin was a little bit stressful with a translation app and drawing pictures to explain that a double room was only occupy with one person. But at the end we managed it

Amazing view from balcony and big room. Lovely resort with 2 pools and a lazy river pool. However the middle pool is only for people who pay for more expensive rooms. It is weird that this pool is right in the middle of it all instead of in a seperate corner. Also they have a bar and the rest does not. For drinks (limited options) you have to go to the marine house. Also no food options at the pool. Breakfast was good, but lots and lots of pork also hidden sometimes. Staff is very friendly

The clear difference between the more expensive pool and bar. Also we wanted to rent paid seats but it had time slots from 09.00-13.00 and 14.00 -18.00. So when we wanted to rent it at 11.00 am we had to wait till 14.00 pm. Very strange. Also we paid for lunch at the hotel for 1 day and we almost couldn't eat anything as non pork eaters. 98% of the food consisted of pork. We could only eat the desserts and left still hungry. When we complained about this, they only wanted to refund us 20% of the paid amount and eventually agreed with 50% refund for 1 person because we 'ate'. I wish they saw what we ate because we would surely get a full refund. Also beware of the beds, they are very firm (hard)

Our room was very clean and well equipped. It has a great size for a family of four and nice outdoor seats in our balcony. We loved the views from our room which include all the swimming pools and the full ocean view. The breakfast every morning was unbelievably amazing that was a great pleasure to start our days. All the staff members and the life guards are so friendly, kind and smiling all of the time which made our vacation perfect! We are completely satisfied with staying at this attractive hotel and we'll definitely stay there if we visit Okinawa next time.

We've had meals at a couple of restaurants at the hotel and we wanted to try other ones, but we couldn't make a reservations in comfortable ways. We could reserve two by asking at the concierge for the first one and at the reception desk of the other one, but it was a kind of hassel. I wish there were better ways to do it.

**Overall, the hotel was very good, but the breakfast was disappointing.** The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-equipped, with modern furniture and a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient, close to main attractions and public transportation. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet my expectations. The selection was limited, and the quality of the food was not as good as I had hoped. Despite this, I might consider staying here again, but with the hope that the breakfast will be improved.

Great pool and beach area. Excellent fine dining restaurants. Clean, large rooms and terrace with breathtaking view. Very polite and attentive staff. Free shuttle to/from Naha city center in the evening. Small grocery shop and laundry machines available.

Dinner available only in the fine dining restaurants (available only for dinner, expensive, with very limited capacity, some booked for days ahead) which forces one to either eat snacks or go to the city. An advice to the hotel management is to have the buffet restaurant offer dinner as well, similar to the lunch option. The buffet restaurant where breakfast is served has limited capacity, so one has to wait for 15-20 minutes in a line waiting to be seated. This is something normal for Japan but would not be acceptable for a five-star hotel in Europe. For me, everything around dining was annoying.

- Exceptionally attentive and professional staff. - Breakfast buffet is of outstanding quality. Best french toast I have ever eaten in any top tier location around the world. - Calm location with direct access to the sea but still just a 15 minute drive to Naha center. - Extremely thorough house keeping. - The only location I would leave my kids unattended at a Pool. The life guards take their job very serious.

- Rather chaotic organization for the breakfast buffet. Bring additional waiting time of around 15 - 20 mins during peak season.

The building was immaculate, and the facilities were fantastic. Great pools and all the finishes were the highest quality. Beds and pillows comfortable, great outlook and very clean all around. Always have breakfast in the room rate, which was top notch. The beach was super clean, the deck area, everything around the water areas was superb. There is a convenience store for snacks and some microwaveable options for food. All the staff were friendly although not everyone spoke English, so Google translate worked wonders for us! We had dinner at the Japanese infusion restaurant which was a delicious experience! Good wine selection.

There was no room service and while the restaurants at the resorts were more catered for fine dining it was a little pricey. The only other option was a taxi ride into town for dinner which was about 4500 yen each way. Also while we love facilities that cater to children, during our stay there were a lot of babies with a lot of noise. There was a private pool and bar but for our family of four adults, the price asked per day was not cost effective.

The hotel is new and very nicely built and furnished. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym had a variety of quality equipment. Guests staying in "Club" rooms have access to free breakfast as well as a variety of free drinks such as wine, various alcohols and beer. Also a bartender service to make cocktails etc. Great spot for a short stay. More than 3-4 nights is a mistake because you are a long way from options for food etc.

Location, location. Too far from Naha or other areas to permit easy travel to find alternate restaurants. After a few nights the on site places become boring. Also, the restaurants are too pretentious and the food quality does not live up to the quality they imply - especially vs the high prices and quantity. Although there is a beach, it is of poor quality as the sand is full of small broken coral and getting into the ocean is very difficult as the beach and the water edge are very difficult to walk on. we had a club room with balcony and anticipated being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun w/o having to go to the beach. Unfortunately, the room (#1018) and all of the others on that wing face northwest and even the sunset is almost impossible to see - no sun at all.
