I loved it! Staff was so nice and polite. They didn't speak English well but they use translator and are very keen on helping. Breakfasts were delicious, cold water is available 24/7 in lobby. I'm powder room they provide everything and more - shampoo, conditioner, razors, tooth brushed, hair brushes, hair dryer etc., there is even water there. They also give you everyday new pijamas and towels. Air conditioning worked very well, temperature inside was perfect. Additionally there is a small van in each room. I would gladly stay there again, such a cheap price.
Room was small, but as shown on pictures. First nights were great, but on the last one I had a neighbour sleeping next to me and I heard everything what she was doing.

Right near the monorail station - a perfect stayover if you want to be close to the airport for an early morning flight! Individual rooms provide more privacy than a typical hostel and you have a bit of space to keep luggage with you in your room. I stayed for several days so I could work from my laptop because there was ample communal space to do so.
The food offered was not very good (800 for a curry that tasted like reheated Kombini), and there aren't many dining options around. Most people just bought from the supermarket, but the one thing missing is any fridge space for guests to use, so I had to walk there multiple times per day. Also the tea/coffee costs 200. Finally, there is an ironing board in the laundry but you have to ask reception to collect an iron? Too inefficient, I just didn't iron my clothes when I went out. There was no social aspect like other backpackers (probably because mostly Japanese on business or something), even in the ample common area. Not really the fault of the venue - but certainly not the right place if you want to party.

Everything was perfect: very friendly and nice staff always ready to help you. Amazing shower and powder room (never seen something like that, well equipped with all comforts you might need). Great private room with a very comfortable bed. Great common area. Very relaxing environment, I had a very great time and I didn’t want to leave. Super clean (staff was constantly cleaning everywhere). Highly recommended

The property has a good location - it is close to the monorail and the bus stops. The hotel itself is spacious and very clean. The hotel offers you free unlimited coffee - you can make hot coffee or iced coffee. The staffs are really lovely too! They have a small menu of food and desserts that they offer - I personally loved the hamburger curry and I pretty much ordered it everyday during my stay. The room is spacious and offers privacy - just be aware that the door is like a hard curtain that locks. There are rules that everyone should stay as quiet as they can but you will still hear when people open their luggages and etc. This didn't bother me much as they offer free earplugs so I slept like a baby. The shower area is clean and spacious and they offer free items. I loved my stay so much and I will come back again.

Staff, cleanliness, pyjamas and pillows were comfortable. Showers and toilets are very clean considering it's communal. Very good price for what you get.
Too many people snoring sometimes, makes it harder for others to sleep sometimes. Some people keep talking in the rooms, stricter rules for noise in rooms should apply. The rooms can be a bit small for the luggage sometimes, but I understand that this is inevitable considering the room designs.

It's a good mix between capsule and room, spacious enough for 1-2 nights max, with a large space at the entrance of the hotel for hanging around, eating, speaking on the phone, etc. Great spacious shower and washing areas, as well as toilets. Very clean. Close to shops and other city things.
- It was rather noisy, because people are welcome to check in until midnight (which is great and convenient) and there were many people very active on the hallways all night. The hotel rules are there to lower the noise, but still it's noisy when there are a lot of people around. - for some reason, towards the afternoon and evening, the airconditioning smelled of cigarettes... maybe it has something to do with the air circulated through the special smoking room...

A great cabin hotel just around the corner from Akamine Station on the south end of Naha. Large, open lounge area, plenty of outlets, ice water and coffee available at the counter. Most staff speak some Enlish, but all are wonderful and helpful. Fast check in and each cabin curtain has a key lock in addition to the room safe. Large bathroom and shower area. Key card access to lobby, floor and shower area.
If you are a polar bear like me, the air conditioning will not be quite enough to sleep comfortably. The do rent fans at the front desk for ¥300/night. Many other items also available for free or rent. Was given a free splitter as the room only has 1 outlet.

I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was. I was able to leave my luggage and use the internet while waiting for check in with zero issues, and they have a pleasant and spacious lobby area where you can lounge. The rooms are cozy, and the bathroom area had an assortment of different shampoo options plus many extra amenities I was not expecting. I was especially surprised at the pillow options! As someone that has a sore neck quite easily, this was a very cool feature.
Nothing really, everything was great.

I like the cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom. I appreciate that we could even choose the shampoo and conditioner of our choice (shampoo bar). It was a very nice idea. I appreciate also that we can drink coffee for free. The place is so neat.
Since it is a cabin hotel, you can hear the noise from the other customers. The sound from locking the door is making me conscious. There are also some customers who snore and you can hear it very clearly if that person is sleeping beside your unit. But, since this is a cabin. That I think is expected.

Needed a place to stay overnight because my flight was really early the next day. The location is absolutely perfect, about 3 mins walk from Akamine station (one station away from Naha Airport), with the elevator on the same side of the road. Room is spacious, staff are really friendly, facilities are clean, love the shampoo selection.
There is no air conditioning/ventilation in individual rooms so could feel a little stuffy at times, but it's not a big deal.
