We liked the modern, clean feel of the facilities and rooms. The pool bar was very convenient and K (the bartender) was very friendly. Although not in American village, we were very close to that area. The check-in/checkout procedure was a new experience having no staff there. It was all on a tablet but was self-explanatory and easy to do.

Although we had an issue with one of the hot water heaters in our room., it did not detract from our stay. The ensuite shower never seemed to consistently provide hot water. The drawback of not having any staff on property, is that we were not sure how to resolve the problem. The other bathroom and kitchen had no issues.

The hotel was in a great location, just ten minute walk to The American Village. There were plenty of convenience stores within walking distance. A dedicated parking spot was provided for the days we did have a car. The rooms were spacious, bright, provided everything you could think of (except Tv programs in English :( ) and clean. The pool area was beautiful with views of the ocean over the tops of the buildings. The bar was next to the pool but far more elegant than we expected. The music was great and the selection of alcohol was more than we found in American Village. The bartender didn't speak a lot of English but enough to communicate. He was very pleasant and extremely courteous. We loved our stay there; we only wish it was longer. On a side note: The Japanese people are the nicest, most polite people we've ever met. The country is beautiful and clean. So glad we visited!

There were only four channels on the TV and none were in English.

This place was amazing! So clean and enough space for my family of 5 to spread out. My younger kids especially enjoyed playing with the toys that were provided. We all loved the rooftop infinity pool with a beautiful sunset view and conveniently located poolside bar.

I wish some table knives and bowls for cereal were included (there were only chopsticks, forks, and spoons), but this was a minor inconvenience.

Parking for your hire car, access to your own in room washer and dryer, and overall space of the apartment was very spacious

Abit of a odd smell in the toilets, i was told they would come halfway through to clean the apartment however when i came back from zazami island everything was untouched and nothing was cleaned. Value for money great place, good location for visiting north and south okinawa however i think theres needs to be alittle more upkeep. Apart from that probs 8 out of 10

Spacious, food downstairs was top notch. Relatively quiet, pool upstairs was nice. All food places we wanted was within walking distance. American Village within walking distance as well. Whole family loved it. We traveled from Hong Kong with two kids.

Needed to know where we could put our recycling, in the end it just stockpiled in the room. Strange not having a person to greet us but we understand the need for lessened contact.

The location is central and makes it easy to get to beaches and the rest of the island. The building itself is next to a Family Mart and a very short walk (5 mins) to a McDonald’s.

There is no staff on the property. We understood this but when it came to practicality it was inconvenient. We had an issue that was resolved later in the day but it was difficult to communicate. We also did not get fresh towels, enough wash cloths, or clean sheets during our stay.

Our room was a great size for our family of 4. There were restaurants and convenience stores near the location, a 7 minute walk to American Village, and an easy 15 minute walk to the Beach. It was great to have a washer and dryer.

This was our 1st stay in a Japanese style hotel. Everything was great, but the pillows were uncomfortable. We had an early flight in and nowhere to store our luggage prior to check-in.

Aqua Palace Chatan was an amazing spot to stay with our family while we were getting ready to move from Okinawa, back home to the US. There is ample room for bags and the large condo style room allowed for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed have them kitchen which enabled us to make meals at home. Two bathroom with washer and dryer was fantastic. The pool was almost always empty and our children enjoyed it immensely. Bonus : There is a lovely rooftop bar with a view of AV (5min walk) for a nightcap with your partner and an Izakaya 🏮 on the ground floor.

If your prefer to have an in house concierge this may prove difficult, but the staff quickly replied to my messages when I texted. Also, the pillows are rather hard, so if you prefer a softer pillow maybe bring your own (I did - an OCONUS PCS requires solid sleep, am I right ?

It was in a great location, very close to American Village. the room, appliances, bar and pool were very nice. The room had everything we needed and more.

We could not check in earlier than 3pm and there was no housekeeping. However, the room came with a washer, dryer, and laundry detergent so it wasn’t too much of a problem since we could wash everything including our clothes ourselves with no extra charge. There wasn’t any patio furniture to sit on the balcony.

Near to local supermarket, restaurants, great location. Beds were comfy, room was clean.

Limited parking, I was left with the lousiest parking spot, took 10 mins to park. There was a highly annoying loud dripping sound right over the tatami area that would occur intermittently and lasts sometimes over 2 hours.
