The room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were also beautiful, clean and easy to use. Staff were lovely and the property is in an amazing location; very close to America Village within walking distance.
I wish a baby bed could be available in rooms - that would be super helpful in the future.

The location is quiet and has beautiful scenery. Very relaxing. The room is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating.. A nice walk to American village is a wortth of a visit.
I wish property has money exchange on-site and a pool. Also, maybe an English channel option.

The room is very spacious in Japanese standard and the family size fridge is a very big pleasant surprise indeed! If they can improve on the choices & variety of breakfast would be nice, even though the food is delicious, eating virtually the same breakfast for 8 days honestly is a bit boring.

Great location with lots of restaurants, bars, attractions, and American Village nearby. Lots of free parking, conveniently close to Highway 58.
Individual dehumidifiers with no drainage system… I had to manually dump water every six hours or so

Housekeeping was only done when requested and not an everyday.

The room was clean and had electric outlets where I needed them. There is a wide variety of excellent restaurant choices within walking distance. I will stay here again!

The split toilet and bathroom with sink in between was functional and convenient. Balcony in room though there were no furniture.
No choice for housekeeping throughout period of stay. Room is a bit tight for luggages.

The location was great and everything was in walking for food. The hotel was quaint and asthtetically nice.The breakfast was amazing.
The beds were rather uncomfortable but doable and there was no pool.

breakfast was good, everyday was different, normal size and very good room is standard size, nice view, I like USB ports for charging mobile phone staff is nice and helpful
