very helpful and kind staffs, good breakfast and spacious room! it has nice ocean view and we enjoyed a lot just walking around the resort. it was pity that we couldn't use the outdoor pool because of the season but we could have enjoyed indoor pool with our little boy. The resort is just next to the hoshino resort and we spent some time at their Cafe which has a great view and comfy seats. we'd love to visit again in nice season with family!

It was very pity that they don't speak well English. facilities are old and poor a little bit. it's isolated, so you always need to use car to go somewhere. but you can find good restaurants and supermarket in 10mins.

The beach is stunning and pools are great, especially for families. The shops are especially good and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer good choice. The indoor communal areas are cool and calming and the hotel is a short walk from 'Gala' where there are restaurants, a dive shop and glass blowing activities and craft shops.

Being a Japanese hotel, English wasn't widely spoken. There was no tour desk which could have helped with organising excursions. Taxis around the island are expensive so do get an international driving licence if you can hire a car. Housekeeping often came when our children were napping. They left a note asking us to call them but this system didn't always work and some days our room wasn't cleaned. Travelling with two small children, we would have appreciated it if Housekeeping could have cleaned our room in the mornings to allow our children to nap later but their schedule seemed to be fixed.

We were very disappointed with the behavior of the waiter who let the guests to the restaurant for breakfast. The last day we rushed to the plane and needed breakfast quickly. He did not want to go to the restaurant arrogantly, although it was far from full. He let many guests wait in front of the restaurant. And in the reminder that we are flying a plane, he said we don't have to break breakfast !!! I have never experienced such arrogant behavior, and such staff makes a great shame of the hotel.

Would recommend this hotel for the view it was amazing, clean towels & linens every day, room size was spacious, comfortable beds, the locals food choices were exceptionally delicious, authentic and safe

Wouldn't recommend the hotel for cleanliness, floors and carpets were very dirty, continous nauseous perfum scent, food wasn't included, food was very expensive with no affordable choices had to walk far approx. 20mins. away from hotel to local restaurants for lunch and supper, meals to find affordable meals, had to skip breakfast all together no restaurants were open for breakfast. Basic water bottles for room were too small, not enough to last a full day, our toilet wasn't functional on arrival, front desk staff seemed annoyed when we asked for someone to fix the toilet situation but once they found a plumber it was quickly fixed and functioned the remainder of our stay!

Nice beach with an stunning view, the Hotel is big and you have plenty of options to eat and do while you stay there

On the area there ar not much things to do, this is of course not a fault on the hotel, Just to be prepared that you will mostly stay on the hotel and surrounding areas are mostly rural. This also gives the place a very nice set and an empty and quiet beach

The room was very large with a great view and comfortable beds. The restaurants were excellent and the staff very helpful. The location is beautiful with access to marine activities nearby. There were several shops on site with common amenities as well. The pool was large and comfortable, and the beach is right next to the hotel.

We could not get a double bed but had to sleep in separate beds, and there are no poolside bar/restaurant which would have been very nice. The enclosed area on the beach could be a little larger as it gets quite small during low tide, not an issue the rest of the day. This seems to be an issue for the entire island.

The resort was beautiful with an old world charm. The rooms were very spacious and the view from the balcony was stunning. I Ioved the private beach and the white sand. The breakfast variety and flavors was actually the best I had on my entire trip. The staff were very helpful getting cabs. Even though the property feels isolated from the rest of Okinawa , there is a little hub of activity down the road within walking distance where you can get pizzas, burgers and buy some pottery.

Felt far from the airport.

Gorgeous territory and amazing facilities! First of all, the greenery around the hotel and the Spanish architecture makes you feel so much in Europe. Stunning views from the room, very comfortable and spacious. It almost doesn’t even feel like Japan (in a good way). Different types of restaurants, especially the western one upstairs with an ocean view. The ocean is so clear and lots of tanning beds. The hotel has lots of amenities like outdoor and indoor pools, massage, you can rent e-bikes, play golf and tennis. There’s a limousine bus running from airport to the hotel but check time in advance cause it doesn’t go often. Also, sometimes they have live music in the evening and the area is so beautiful in the evening. The hotel also has a small convenience store, as well as lots of souvenir stores too.

Nothing really. Just keep in mind it’s further away from central areas, so best is to rent a car to be flexible. If you take a taxi from the airport, it’ll be 9000 yen to get to the hotel. (Limousine buses don’t come often so keep an eye on the schedule).

The hotel facilities were good, the hotel is spacious, located by a really nice beach. There were always available beach chairs. The water was nice, but on the main beach you are restricted to a small swimming area only. However right next, left or right are other unguarded beaches where you can snorkel on your own with nice coral and sea life to see. Overall we really enjoyed the outdoor area. Hotel restaurants are nice, especially recommending Verdemar for breakfast (amazing french toast!) and their Japanese Sawa restaurant too. Hanahana buffet was ok, but kept same menu every night. The beach BBQ dinner wasn't our favorite. The staff at the hotel was really nice, no problem finding English speaking help.

The room was outdated and furniture visibly warned out. However the worst part was the musky / moldy smell in the room. It was really hard to get used to that. The rest of the hotel was ok, no weird smells, just the room. For that I would hesitate to come back. Everything else was really nice.

Easy to get there by resort bus from the airport. The garden and beach are super beautiful, I think it is best in the area. Breakfast is great, good variety of food offered by different restaurants. The hotel is indeed a bit outdated but it is still comfy and spacious so you won’t really care about it.

The dinner is expensive which is somehow ok as it is a resort hotel but the food quality is rather average or low, especially for the price. So that I can’t recommend. Be prepared for some activity game as this place is mostly for japanese tourists so don’t expect english speaker staff but they are really helpful.
