Hotel is super clean, bed super comfortable, location is good, you can just walk to kokusai street and to Tomari port. Not far from the bus stop and airport is just 1stop for 15-20 minutes. They provide with free ice cream and drinks, i love it!!

To use the hotel lift it doesn't neef the room key. So any one can just go to the guest floor even if they aren't guests. I hope they improve the safety.. but i feel safe though.

Amazing friendly staff, great central location, easy to access by walking or public transport, also can park if driving. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds, good view. Also free ice cream, alcohol and soft drinks for several hours every day. Could not fault this hotel.

- you get a welcome drink after 15:00 but upon arrival I asked if I can also claim it the next day; next day I was in a hurry so had no time and last day after checking out I asked for the welcome drink only to find out that it can only be claimed after 15:00; no drama but a little bit more flexibility would be highly appreciated

The hotel was conveniently located for access to/from airport and for my planned activities. I was able to park the rental car on property for 1500 Yen/night. Overall, a great place to stay.

Breakfast was "ok" for the price. Missed the free drink by 1 minute. Would've enjoyed a fitness center and a sauna, but guessing these extra amenities aren't as common outside of the US.

Great location,quite close to everything:monorail,kokusai dori, airport,ferries. Friendly stuff, free ice cream and beverages. Although there wasn't drinking water in the room, family mart in the same building, so it's convenient to buy whatever you need Quite spacious and neat room

The location is great. It's very close to kokusai dori as well as many nearby restaurants and bars. There is also a convenient store attached to the hotel.

Really comfortable rooms! Soft beds, nice linens, spacious bathroom. Welcoming staff. Free drinks from 3-6pm every day, and free coffee in the morning. Fast wifi, super quiet at night. Ten minute walk from train, or six minute from bus stop.

Good location relatively close the the monorail. About 10 minutes walking, if I remember correctly. The room was comfortable and quiet. There's free ice cream, which we appreciated, and free welcome drinks.

Lack of a smoking area.

It’s spacious and comfortable to stay. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit far from the station and bus stop. We had to drag our luggages all the way from bus stop to he hotel. It’s quite tiring

Great location - 12 min walk to the main street and 10 min to the harbor. Big supermarket nearby (MaxValu). Free drinks in the afternoon. Super nice and helpful staff.
