The location is fantastic, next to the sky rail Omoromachi station. The station is perfect for tour shuttle bus pickups & drop offs. The staff are extremely friendly, free buffet breakfast with traditional Okinawa foods and room cleaning every day! The staff speak English quite well. - 2 Lawsons, 1min walk away. - Huge luxury shopping center opposite the road (T gallery shopping center) - Main shopping mall/market down the street, 8min walk. (San-A Main Place shopping center) Sign up! Be member with Toyoko - inn and get discounts. Breakfast too simple Location very good, easy to go anywhere especially shopping malls n restaurants.

Location was very convenient and the room was comfortable. It was walking distance from the monorail and close to a shopping mall and restaurants.

The staff is not friendly and looks tired or unhappy. The breakfast was good but variety was lacking. After staying at Toyoko inn in Tokyo where they changed breakfast menu daily, it was a slight disappointment.

They allow to pack the breakfast and take away.

They staircase are all locked or only for emergency use, it is not that good if I want to take the stair to the lobby. Since I stayed at the 2nd floor, it is supposed I can take the stair down even faster than taking the lift, but I have no choice. Also the one and only one passenger lift is so small in capacity so you can imagine that it is also full during the rush hours time and the 2nd floor guest like me will be in trouble to go down by lift because it will be always full then.
