It was perfect. The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station so we could come directly from the airport. The hotel is very nice and modern, with 2 brekfast room and a pool on the roof. You need to pay to use the pool (we knew this so it wasn't a surprise for us) and if you have tattoo, you cannot use it (unless they are small and you can hide them). The breakfast room from the 1st floor was bigger with more choice. The other one is in the last floor, so a nice view, but smaller and more crowded. The buffet was exceptional ! There was some occidental food but mostly japanese and so tasty, we loved it. The room was very big with comfortable beds and huge windows. We had a japanese bathroom (japanese toilet separate from the shower) and it was very convenient and nice. The hotel is 2 minutes by feet from the entrance of Kokusai street where you can find many shops and restaurants. We had a lovely stay here.

Hotel is at good location near shopping street area and lots of nice restuarant around, not top far from the port if you plan to go for 1 day trip in some island. Hotel breakfast has various options and taste excellent! Hotel staffs are very proactive and kind. They can communicate in English. Btw they don't have closet just a hunger for clothes but overall it's amazing experiences.

It's a bit ridiculous that we as a guest need to pay for rooftop pool access which is 1100 yen per person. But the pool view is nice.

Breakfast was exceptional! it does gets a little busy but staffs are quick to refill the food and clear the tables, and the varieties are great! I did wish they have a bit more variety of fruits though.

parking is not free, and is 1650 yen per night. they have those electronic parking machines which is good, but that also means you have to wait a bit to get your car. The beds are good size, but they fit 3 beds into a two bed room, so there was no room to put our luggages ( i had to open my suitcase behind the door where you take your shoes off.

Lovely hotel and had everything we required for our stay. Staff were great! Very helpful with multiple questions that we asked, they were able to help us out with a last minute booking after we had a cancellation. Breakfast was great too - had lots of choice, it was a large buffet selection. Location is great for the main shopping/restaurant hub in Naha.

Can’t get in the pool with tattoos which is a little annoying.

There is a hamburger station at breakfast. Here you can build your own hamburger. It is amazingly fun and delicious. Much better then mcdonalds or anywhere else. Only limited by your imagination. In my humble opinion i personally build the best ever made in the history of mankind. I dare you to do better! The pool on the roof has a great view. The staff is always kind, respectful and helpful.

I like that the property is so close to kokusai-dori shopping street. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were well priced and overall very clean.

I did not like that as a resident of the hotel that you still have to pay to use the pool. The hotel also requires you to cover your tattoos which can be very inconvenient for many guests.

Rooftop pool was pretty nice and even though it was cold and windy in the evening of December, we still could swim, because water is warm. Breakfast served upstairs has a view, so I recommend to choose that restaurant, not the one on the first floor. In general, it's new very clean hotel, good location, nice stay.

We actually got stuck here during the typhoon and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They did their very best to make a good situation out of a terrible one and I applaud that! Great breakfast, super location and great value. Nice skybar with a view over central Naha.

No gym, that would have been great.

I love the variation of food at breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The pool was really nice. I like that the hotel was close to many bus stations and train station.

We wish we had a more modern TV that could accept casting or even English channels. We didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool. The restaurant didn't have any English menu which was very disappointing. If you know foreigners will be using your facilities, you could have an English menu as well or put pictures beside each item.

We were very impressed with the breakfast & varied selection .The hotel was well situated nearby the monorail so easy to get to from the airport & to explore the the city.

Disappointed unable to use the pool more freely & that it was an ‘extra’. Seemed rather limiting having to pre-book session times.
