hotel was gorgeous and Staff were very friendly. So many facilities in the hotel to enjoy. location is a bit far out so will need a car. there are a few nice restaurants around that are within walking distance but at night, the only place around for a drink is probably the hotel bar, which js actually not that big. But all in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Given the money we paid for the hotel, it would be a nice gesture for the hotel to provide free parking given most people need to drive here. Hotel pool closes at 6pm when the day is still very bright and is a bit too early. It would be nice if there can be more restaurant options offered at the hotel itself.

The hotel is located at the Central Area of Okinawa area. We booked the beach house which was walking distance away from main building and is facing the ocean. The view was amazingly stunning overlooking the ocean and the beach. The beach house was spacious for family of 4 with high ceiling, living area, pantry and spacious bathroom. There are outdoor pools overlooking the ocean but were closed during the period we went. There is a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi too. Is great to explore the beach during low tide as u got to see many sea creatures up close. The breakfast was delicious and we were all looking forward to every morning. Every corner of the hotel be it outdoor or indoor was picturesque.

This hotel is beautifully situated. Large room with great lagoon/pool view, very clean, super friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. Concierge service very helpful and friendly. Would come back if I ever travel to Okinawa again.

Less about the property but more about the restaurants. The restaurants are over priced and ok at best. I don’t know if all the restaurants offered a la carte but we were only shown the Italian a la carte menu. One of the restaurants charged $350CAD per person, another $250CAD per person, the only restaurant that had a la carte (from what we were shown) was the Italian restaurant. Breakfast buffet was $46 CAD per person, which is a lot considering it’s breakfast food.

The hotel looks great, it is really well designed and the room was very big and comfortable. In addition, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

While the facilities were very nicely designed, they weren't that comfortable. For example, there are a lot of swimming pools and they look great, but they are too small for the amount of guests (it was really hard to find a spare chair in the pool). In addition, the queue for breakfast was extremely long, it took us more than 20 minutes to get in. I think that the main issue for us was that we expected a luxurious quite hotel for couples vacation, but in reality it's a more of a family hotel (a lot of families with young kids).

Beautiful facility, nice layout for the rooms, very new, modern, clean. The indoor pool was great for the kids when there was a sudden thunderstorm for a few hours. Breakfast buffet was great.

The beach coves are tiny; pictures are deceiving. During low tide, there’s really no cove as the water really recedes. The food options are limited in that there was only expensive options. There were a few local restaurants within walking distance but you have to book ahead of time otherwise they get filled up fast.

This property was absolutely stunning! What a beautiful getaway and way to switch off from reality! Perfect for families and couples!!

Because the location is quite secluded there is a bit of distance between main areas like shops and restaurants. The hotel’s restaurants were great and we particularly loved the Italian restaurant (one of the best meals we ate during a 3 week Japan trip!!) We did not particularly enjoy the Japanese restaurant, we found it almost too authentic that the cuisine wasn’t to our taste.

We had a sea view room, which was amazing. Very good size especially for Japan, super comfortable beds and bedding, large bathroom and separate toilet, absolute quiet and amazing views. Not sure what to improve here! The staff is superb, starting at check-in with Mr. Choi to the our super-friendly and skilled chef at the breakfast buffet and all there other staff that made our stay so special. Plenty of different areas with sunbeds. Even though the hotel was full, we never had issues to find a nice spot at anytime of the day. Fantastic sunsets from our room, bar and poole area. Restaurants are somewhat limited in the evening and often very quickly booked, so best to make a reservations early. We also went twice to a restaurant called "Yanbaru" just in front of entrance to the hotel, which was very good. I would not recommend the hotel for any serious diving. There was only one dive guide and the focus seems more on snorkelling and other general water sports. There a plenty of dive operators in the area, e.g. Piranha divers (top guides and equipment). We would be very happy to return to the hotel.

Limited dining option.

Loved the island feel, the building design was beautiful! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pools were amazing!! The boats for kids. The salt water and normal pool and the pool at night was so fun!

Having to wait in line for breakfast with a 2yo isn’t ideal. It would have been good to have had a Lawson or similar on site - the store was really limited. We had a 2yo who can’t eat tomato - so couldn’t have the kids bolognese or pizza - it meant he ate a lot of fried chicken!

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. The bathing area is nice and the amenities are good, big rooms and parking

Pool hours close way too early, it's still warm and sunny when they close the pool. Breakfast is not worthy of a premium hotel. The food is good but the service is so so. You probably have to queue for breakfast (unacceptable at this price point). The breakfast starts winding down before the advertised closing time

Fantastic. A beautuful and spacious room, clean, beautiful location and nice staff. Perfect for couples or families! Would definately recommend

Only thing is that they did not have any pain killers (for an unfortunate headache), which I find a bit strange, considering the next 7eleven is not a walking distance and the hotel being this big of an organisation.
