Great location between Susukino and Nakajima park, which I personally like to go for walking and relaxation. The nearest streetcar station is just about 100 metre away. There are 3 nearby convenience stores : Seico Mart, Family Mart and Lawson and also many eateries, including Ganzo ramen street and a bunch of jingisukan (lamb)restaurants. There are many love hotels and Soaplands located not far from hostel, made the area a bit seedy at night, but nothing to worry about safety.

super nice staff, very comfortable beds with curtains and walls, light and outlets at each bed, clean, steps to get to the upper bunk; small but sufficient lockers for money and laptop; great location near a supermarket, (food discounts after 7 or 8 pm), liquor/beer store and convenience stores; also near the airport bus stop, and town center. Next to a tram stop. free coffee, or black tea; big sunny lounge and kitchen. free luggage storage. big fridge for food storage. Filtered water so we can save on plastic and money. I was really happy there and will return.

The rooms are quiet and the washroom and shower rooms are always very clean. The lounge is nice too. The staff also helped us with the late check-in as our flight delayed for 2 hours.

During our 4-night stay there was no wifi in the room at all, we had to go to the lounge every day if we wanted to use wifi but after long days of travelling we wanted to stay in our room, so we ended up buying more data for our eSim...I confirmed multiple times about the internet as we were working while travelling. This is sad and there was no compensation for it.

Very nice common area for cooking / working / relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient enough access to central areas and train stations. Beds felt very private. The rooms and showers are kept very clean. Doors to the room are protected by keycard access, and additionally there is a small wooden lock box by each bed. Laundry machines are available!

It's a hostel, so unfortunately the experience depends a lot on who you share a room with. I had some difficulty sleeping due to other guests talking / rummaging through luggage at 2 or 3am, as well as a smelly bunk mate. But that's all to be expected when sharing a room.

Fairly near train and tram stations. Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. There's a convenience store across the street in front of the hostel and a supermarket on the other side of the block. The staff is super kind and friendly. The common space at the 2nd floor is amazing. It has the reception but also a bar, big kitchen, co-working space and even table tennis. The bed was comfy. The showers were clean and had great amenities.

A warning for tall people: I'm 188cm tall and I could perfectly fit the bed space. It might be uncomfortable if you're taller than that.

The location is very good , it’s in the busy district in the city , there are lots of restaurants to eat till late night. The room & bathroom is clean.The room is quite big comparatively in Japan. And the bed is very comfortable and good privacy with light small n curtain for each bed. It’s so good the WiFi in the the rooms fixed during the stay. And I like the idea to have a WhatsApp group for ppl staying in the hotel to find a travel buddy or share some information which is is very nice for solo traveller .

The common area can be cleaned a bit more.

Very clean. The dorm room was very spacious with plenty of space for luggage. Bed was comfortable. Had a coin washer and dryer available to use. Large common area. Staff were friendly.

There were no hooks in the bed space to hang anything. Had to make my own bed on arrival. This seems to be common in hostels in Japan, which I don't understand since I'm paying for a service. Location could be better since it's still quite a walk away from the nearest station, which can be difficult when carrying bags.

Amazing hostel for Sapporo. The facilities were amazing. There's a nice open area on the 2nd floor where the reception is that you can hang out in without any time limits. There's a nice kitchen to use, a place to watch shows or play video games, ping pong, or just chill. The staff, particularly the manager, was very helpful when I was trying to plan my trip and deal with some stuff that was only in Japanese. I'm always surprised by review scores people give in Japan in general, because it's as though they are expecting perfection compared to other countries. In general, anything above an 8 here is like a 9+ in other countries. This place easily warranted a 10 for me.

Would have been nice to have a check-in earlier than 4 pm, but it wasn't a problem for me. Not a big deal, but for security reasons, the elevator stops at the reception floor no matter what, so going up and down takes just a bit longer.

Very comfortable, affordable, shared toilet and shower were sparkling clean. The lounge and kitchen area were very tidy and come in handy if you want to prepare a quick meal. Heaps of restaurants around. Staff is friendly and it is great that windows open in the rooms.

The room and hallways smelled a bit funny but it was great that you could open the rooms window to air it out. Something to be aware of is that there are quite a few red light establishments in very close proximity. It didn't feel unsafe but solo travelers might want to be aware of that.

Our room is quite big for two. The room have its own sink. Heater can be adjusted individually (not central control unlike other hotel/hostel). Bed and pillow is fluffy. Staff at night reception was very friendly (eventho Japanese, he like to talk in English 🤣). Many good food around hotel. Able to keep luggage after check-out.

Quite distance from station, such a hassle during wonter session. The staff in the morning was not friendly, a bit shocked because we got a very nice guy at a night before, but the morning shift person was a bit cold (not even an aisatsu or small talks when we checked-out).
