The value for the price is excellent! Especially for a family or a group of friends as the rooms are all suites and roomier than similar prices hotel rooms. The friendly staff were able to speak enough English, and very helpful with getting taxis. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen! Your service is excellent! There are lots of things close by within walking distance. A highly rated ramen house is Ramen Shingen, which is only a 2 minute walk away! But be prepared for a wait in line as it is very popular so go before opening time in the morning! The action packed Sapporo Station area is also only a 30 minute walk away so Randor is close enough to the best sites but far enough away to be cheaper than other locations.

I wish there was complimentary water but not even one bottle of water was provided. However, there is a Lawson's convenience store about a 2 min walk away so there was no problem in finding and getting water.

Very spacious and comfortable. Facilities are outstanding with great quality and conditions. Bed and spa extremely comfortable. The smart TV has Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+.

The cleaner apparently didn’t do the job. Found several garbage under the sofa from previous customers. Floor was dusty and disgusting with traces of gums. Hand marks on the window. Kitchen sink extremely clogged. Such a pity for a good room like this.

The property was very clean & well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. My family loved the numerous features on the bathtub. Staff were extremely gracious, friendly & attentive. I also appreciated that Randor was in close proximity to a tram station which made travel around the city hassle-free.

There were only two washing machines & two dryers servicing the entire hotel. Some days, you would have to wait your turn in order to do your laundry. I imagine longer wait times when the hotel is fully booked with guests. I had stayed at a Randor Hotel in Hiroshima earlier this year, and the room came with its own washing machine & dryer.

It’s a very good value and holds a lot of people inside, perfect for my group. The futon is also a nice experience and it was quite comfortable despite the hard surface.

The lobby doesn’t operate 24h, I don’t know if it was off-season thing or usually it’s like this. They responded to our messages even during lobby off-time though and can still accept luggages and postage during off-time. Also I think it’s worth to mention that they don’t clean the rooms during our stay, we had to take out the trash by ourselves to the lobby—might be inefficient if you had to be out during 15.00-22.00.

I liked that the room was really spacious where 4 ppl can easily move about. I also like that there was a kitchen for us to cook and we cooked everyday to avoid eating out. The bathroom was huge and the tv was great.

The supposed king bed was really just two single beds put next to each other so the middle part was really uncomfortable. There is a draft that comes from under the room door so it can get quite cold. The cutleries were only prepared for 3 ppl even though I booked the room for 4. There is no iron board and not enough hangers.

Location was good and convenient for many restaurants and walking. Parks were close by. Bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet were great! Staff were very kind and helpful. A little more cookware and drinking glasses would be a good improvement. The laundry room was a huge plus for travelers. Good sized room

Long stays need cleaning supplies like access to a vacuum. Each bedside needs a small table at the head. An option to change the bed sheet on a long stay is needed.

Love this room. Absolutely huge. Has a small kitchen with regular fridge. King beds. One standard and another in the tatami mat. Awesome little spa bath with little jet sprays. And a modern Japanese toilet. Really powerful heating unit / air conditioner. Really friendly staff. Easy check in. Easy to find. Great location. 7 min walk in snowy conditions to the main shopping street. Highly recommend this hotel. Don't hesitate to book.

No washing machine room in the room but there was one in the building so there was an alternative.

The room is clean and spacious and the beds are large compare to normal hotel in Japan. The location is good, near city center and shopping area, many good restaurants in walking distance. The limousine bus station to airport just 300m away,

The staff are very friendly and helpful but their working hour just a little bit not convenience to tourist. We got the room with 50% discount so it's very worthy but if we have to pay full room rate, there would be other better choices.

The room was very clean and spacious. We appreciated having a lounge area in addition to the beds. We also liked having a kitchenette with microwave, basic cooking equipment and utensils. Free amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes etc. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful despite our limited Japanese and their limited English. Location is excellent as the hotel is just outside the Susukino district, so it was a quiet street but still only a short walk to restaurants, shopping such as the Tanukikoji mall, and attractions. Several convenience stores are located around the corner, as is the streetcar line, which for a small flat fare can take you into the central Odori area, around Susukino, and down to the Mount Moiwa ropeway (which unfortunately was closed for maintenance during our stay). We found public transport very easy to use while in Sapporo, and we used the New Chitose airport train, the local buses and the streetcars - although our family of four found it easier to catch a taxi to the hotel from Sapporo train station rather than taking our luggage on public transport. Tip: Make sure you bring coins for bus and streetcar fares.

The bathroom hot water was a bit confusing, perhaps a bit more high-tech than we are used to, as you need to push a button on the control panel above the bath tub to activate the shower hot water and we aren't very good at reading Japanese.

We reviewed many properties before deciding on this one. We travelled around Sapporo through many towns/cities and those familiar with the region that usually rooms are small but well organized. However this property was an exception as the room size can be considered huge. The 3 of us had ample space which was idle as this was our final stop as we spent a few days in Sapporo. This is a service apartment so there is no breakfast but its in the right location and there are multitude of options within walking distance (The best way to build an appetite.... :) ). There is washing machine/dryer on the 2nd floor which was good as this was the tail end of our trip and we needed to get some laundry done. As this is not a hotel there is no round the clock lobby staff. There are staff to assist to check-in and are at the ground floor lobby from 3pm to 10pm. I would really like to commend the staff at the ground level. In terms of service they were all excellent. Despite the language barrier we used Google Translate back and forth between Japanese and English we manage to understand each other. They were really helpful in recommending restaurants, helping us make reservations for restaurants that were normally full and even suggested the cheapest and best way for us to get to the airport on our final day. Kudos to the team!! Will definitely return to stay here in our future trips.
