Very affordable price for one night which included breakfest. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. Very spacious for a "Standard Double Room". I also liked that the bathroom had space to move around. The breakfest was buffet which didn't have a large variety but was good for the added price. There was also a drinks vending machine on one of the floors which was handy. Will stay here again!

I wish there was more choices available for the breakfest buffet but the price was good.

The room was well appointed, and had just about everything I needed, but what I really liked about this hotel was to staff. One in particular, a young man who worked the desk, was able to help me with every question in a very quiet way. I was in town for a jazz festival. I needed information how to get there things like that so it was clear he was not running the show. He was always a step back when questions needed answering he would step forward and very humble way, and tell me how to solve my problem, it happened a lot because I’m pretty needy. For example, I wanted to go to a movie, and the manager seemed oblivious to where the theater was but this young gentleman knew what I wanted and quietly stepped forward and solve the problem. And finally, when I decided to get a Headstart and leave early, I needed some help and how to get a ticket at six in the morning. This guy came through told me how I could circumvent the train station and have the ticket I needed. I asked his name, and I intend to write to the head of the company because this guy needs to be promoted. Really sold it for me a Vista Sendai.

My experience was a good one. The bed was comfortable. The room was big enough, and I even took a vantage of a little bath. That was very cool.

Location is very convenient, easy access to JR Sendai Station. The staff were all amazing and extremely helpful. They could keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. WiFi worked great. It's across the street from one of the most famous beef tongue restaurants in the city.

Breakfast was slightly limited in options, and unfortunately it was quite busy when we were there, so some items weren't restocked properly. Toilet is separate from shower, and sink is in the bedroom, apart from the other two things as well, which is a little strange.

it is super clean, has ion milk bath sento, free supplies like razors toothbrushes, amazing free breakfast buffet, free wifi and a tv of many channels. perfect location near sendai station next to 7-11 and kushidori yakitori and a bar.

having to wear plastic gloves to get food at buffet. wearing masks but they dont hassle. love the huge tub but not needed they have a huge sento for man and women and shower room so it makes it slightly narrow at door entrance. but a big issue at all there was some construction not loud just fixing sidewalk so you reroute - not hotel problem just adding

On arrival we found the room we reserved to be too small for us but reception upgraded us to a very satisfactory size. At a cost of course. Praise to the staff at the desk for the way they handled everything. Very comfortable beds, the shower room was superb and the breakfast was very good. We would recommend the hotel to any one visiting Sendai.

The smoking room near reception and the elevators that greeted guests was not nice. Offensive to non smokers.

Superb location, few minutes walk to the Sendai Station. We booked a slightly larger room on top floor and it was very quiet room at the corner of the building with 2 windows in the room and great view. We liked the comfy beds and all you need for bathroom. Staff at the reception were very helpful with our luggage storage and help with city tour bus tickets. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Tiny issue. Our room's dressing gowns were really small, can not wear to Onsen on different floor, which was a shame.

Very close to Sendai station, a 5 minute walk if you follow the right exit, and it’s close to 2 konbinis. The staff spoke basic English, but they were super helpful and kind. The room is cleaned every day that’s very convenient. There’s a public bath but sadly I did not find the opportunity to try it 🙈

Minor things, like there was no safe in the room and the room air felt a bit stuffy without the air conditioner on.

Perfect base to explore Sendai, Naruko Gorge, Yamadera temple. Hotel located very close to train station. Staff speaks very good English and was happy to help with multiple small requests. Onsen facility is spacious and relaxing.

Water in onsen could be a little bit hotter. Breakfast could be a little bit better, with more variety. Not a deal breaker, these are minor issues. Great experience overall.

The hotel is near to Sendai train station. Easy walking distance there. The 'onsen' in the hotal is great and I enjoyed it very much. The breakfast is decent based on the price Overall, a good hotel to stay to explore Sendai

Overall a good hotel. Nothing negative. However, easy to miss as the entrance is facing a multi-story car park
