The check-in process was very smooth. It was supposed to be a non-cash payment but they kindly opened a line for my overlooked mistake. The room I stayed in was very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The hotel locates in the center of the city. It takes only 5-10 mins to JR Sendai station and the Loople-Sendai bus station, the shopping area, and the restaurant. 仙台朝市 is right around the corner too. ￥1500 breakfast (non-cash payment at the front desk) includes varieties of local food items. I'm surprised this hotel has only 3 stars when its' quality exceeds many of the 4-star hotels I have stayed in before.

Room service/Towel change will happen only when you placed the cards outside the door at the according time. I think the English instruction was incorrect because it said the priority will become getting new towels if no cards are placed but I get no new towels in the end.

Close to Sendai train station. Shopping malls & convenience shops nearby. Friendly staff. Free amenities like bath salt, cleansing oil etc which you can take yourself at the lobby. Nice breakfast spread, with some local specialties. Use of technology- easy self-check in, can link mobile phone to TV for YouTube and TV can display status of washing machine usage (so you know when it is free for use).

Only 3 washing machines and each wash/dry cycle takes 2 hours. Have to wait for the use of the machines till odd night hours. Breakfast has asian and western choices but no change in western menu during my 4 days stay. Might be boring to someone who doesn’t take asian food.

Of the ten hotels I had breakfast at during this trip, this was one of the better breakfasts. Along with the standard grilled fish, there was always a fish of the day and chirashi sushi. The other dishes were quite varied and of a higher quality than at most hotels. Most bathrooms in business hotels have a raised floor which can be quite annoying. This hotel was unique in not having a step up. I also liked that the mirror was heated so it did not become covered in condensation while showering. There are plenty of amenities to choose from in the hotel lobby. The layout of the room was good: TV at the foot of the bed, usable desk, and quite spacious. Some of the lighting was dimmable and there were USB charging ports beside the bed. Very handy for your smart phone! The bed and pillows were hard, which is quite common in Japan, and very comfortable.

The hotel seemed relatively new. The room was squeaky clean although a bit on the small side, but that was expected. They tried to sidestep it by providing luggage stowage space under the bed. Bathroom was pretty spacious for a Japanese business hotel. There is a coin laundry room that also has vending machines. The location is about a 15-min walk from Sendai Station. In the morning it is right by the super interesting Asaichi market. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

When walking to the hotel from the station after dark, we need to pass the dark and deserted street of the market. But it was generally safe.

Room was spacious for us with just day packs. Not far from the station at all. 5 minutes? Self checkin and out but staff are there to assist if needed. Multiple languages available for self checkin/out. Quiet. Sensible layout since bath/shower, sink and toilet are separated. Breakfast was fine but the layout of the buffet was U shaped so with just a few people there it was awkward to access the various dishes. I don’t recall seeing any green tea available which was a surprise but it is not a big thing for us at all.

The only thing we didn’t like was the sponge provided to take a bath/shower. A friend described it as looking like a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It was ok but a longer tower that is usually used would have been better.

Location: just a few min. walk from Sendai station, located in a busy/touristic area, but at the same time quiet and clean. Housekeeping: environmentally friendly and respectful of one's privacy; allowing change of towels without entering room. Room TV: it's a smart TV. super friendly for foreigner who can choose to watch youtube/netflix instead of local channels. Free amenity: located in 1F instead of each room. A bit inconvenient but more hygienic and environmentally friendly.

Breakfast: very Japanese and almost the same everyday. It wasn't bad, but wished there was some more western choices than just bread, scrambled eggs and sausage.

This time we stayed in a twin room, which was typical of the hotels I've stayed in in Japan, with not much space. However, the beds were designed with space underneath to conveniently store luggage. The room had good soundproofing, and the environment was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of outlets conveniently located where needed. Complimentary amenities were available on the first floor. If we visit Sendai again in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

It was close to the Sendai station and thus not so far from everything like shops and public transport. after a week someone joined me, price per night for that person was 1000yen which is really nice price in Japan, Maybe the best. Said person Also recieved his own room card. Hotel had for japanese standards really good sound isolation from the outside. Hotel was modern, built in 2022 if im not mistaken, great freebies you can bring from the front desk to your room. Coinlaundry and Ice Machine on the second Floor. Loved the stay there, so far the best room in Japan for longer period of time I had.

I believe the breakfast is pretty expensive. They have coin laundry, you can pay with suica which is really nice, but there isn’t change’o’mat in the room or on the Floor so u can get coins for 1000yen note.

- Location is great, near JR Sendai station and there are tons of restaurant/bar/convenient store near the property. - Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. Our group stayed in connecting room (which is twin and double rooms connected to each other) and one standard room. We are all happy. - Breakfast is excellent, the buffet-style breakfast with lots of local ingredient and standard stuffs such as sausages/scramble/bread. Delicious and have wide range of varieties. - Luggages deposit service is available both before/after the stay with no additional charge. We deposit our luggages couple hours before checking-in and after checking-out. - Cleaning thee room services for those who have a more than one night stay. - Staffs are nice and helpful.

- Breakfast area is quite small and could be packed. If you are big group, you might need to sit separately or come early to stick together.

Lovely staff, some can speak English and Ms. R.Kasahara even spoke Mandarin to us! She and other staff helped us to book taxi and gave instructions to the taxi driver. They were very helpful when a friend was hospitalised. We are thankful for their help. The location is great too. Short walk from the train station and the small market nearby is fun. Not to mention the noodle shop which also has a staff who spoke Mandarin! She's an angel who helped to call the ambulance when my friend collapsed and acted as the translator between us and the ambulance staff. Life saver! And the train station has fabulous food and the supermarket is a must visit. The sushi seafood section starts offering discount at 7pm! Nice clean and quite spacious room , there's even a small table with 2 chairs
