I like everything room sea view ,ambience , amenities, hot spring bath , staff , inside shop just everything. girls don’t have to worry about forgetting makeup cleansing or moisturizer or lotion everything is available in hotel that is so HELPFUL.

sorry to say but our room toilet smells very bad . I don’t know why but the smell was like cattle farm. just that but I used hot spring bath so I don’t use room bathroom but while using it for washroom it smells really bad .

Japanese Resort Hotel. Booked for one night for 3 people. We got a room on the 10th floor. View to the mountain side and to sightseeing spot Hashigui-Iwa Rock. Clean, spacious room with 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds. The bathroom is little bit dated. Amenities included. Car Parking is situated in front of the hotel free of charge. Unfortunately all guests have to pay the thermal spa tax of 150 Yen per person whether using the thermal pool or not.

The Room was a little bit musty.

The breakfast buffet was superb with a huge select of both Japanese and western items. Alls the dinner we had at the hotel was excellent and good value for what we got. We weren’t as lucky the first night when we ate in the town.

Only tea and no coffee was offered for consumption in one’s room. Coffee at breakfast was fine.

The staff is very supportive and flexible because I asked them to cancel one night due to travelling issues then they cancelled my room and refunded all Money within 1 minutes. Hotel location and view point is excellent but you have to walk to the hotel more than 10 minutes from Kushimoto Station. Breakfast is excellent including Japanese and Western foods but you have to order it separately. Free onsen bath also included. It's a public bath.

Good value for money at that location. Located atop a hill with a good view of the surroundings.

May be a little bit inconvenient for people who don't drive. You can hail a taxi at the train station; it's a short distance (less than 1000 yen trip). Or, you can walk (about 15 mins with uphill)

The room was big and the ocean view was very nice. The free parking was huge, no need to worry about parking space.

The location is quite out of the way, it would be impossible to go anywhere without a car.

Good sea view. My room is facing the view of Hashiguiiwa Rocks. It’s fantastic. Great onsen.

Nothing

I specially liked the public bath of the hotel. The views from it was breathtaking.

I was missing cheese at breakfast, but it's me as I am a big cheese eater and always have it for breakfast. The coffee was excellent.

Onsen is amazing

Not enough shuttle busses considering it's such a hard walk from the station in the heat.
