It is a good hotel to saty overnight and have a shopping at the airport in the next morning before taking a flight back home. It's located just around 300m from the airport with a lift and a flat floor for us to easily roll our big baggage. The room size is quiet good for 2 with adequate facilities and amenities. The room cleaniless is not the best but still OK less odor inside. The breakfast is quite good with variety to choose and overall hotel staffs are great service mind who's always willing to help us.

The very soft bed we have in our room which do not make us sleep well, The view from our room which is a parking lot. We travel with kids in group of family but our 5 rooms were splitted to 3 floors which is not prefferable even we have make a request to the hotel for all rooms to be on the same floor since the bookiung and remind them for 1 months before check in.

Not a big concern but need to pay toll every time we drive out even to nearby Tokoname Aeon Mall. This is basically an airport hotel, not for long stay to visit Nagoya.

Staff were friendly and very responsive. Requested towels delivered promptly. Parking was convenient. Location is ideal for airport departure and affords all-enclosed walking access to airport and train terminals. Cheaper than Centrair Hotel that I've used a few times. Included breakfast is ok and very basic, like other Comfort hotels.

10 am checkout. I'd thought with online booking it would at least be 11. They do allow later but with pro-rata charge

Love the location - which it was 10 min less walk from Terminal 1. Great access to airport as it has walk away. I upgrade to bigger room for my 2 nights stay and it was comfortable. It has 24hrs coffee/tea free service at reception. Breakfast was good. I was very happy with value, size of the room and comfort. I recommend for anyone. I would come and stay here again.

For my stay, I send e-mail out 4 days before about confirming if it was okay to send Amazon shipments the hotel. I did not received reply at all. Wish I received follow up from them. After all, my Amazon shipment arrived without any issues. That was only negative follow ups. Possible over sight.

Directly linked to Terminal 1 of airport which makes it extremely convenient for check-in. Staff is very accommodating when we requested for a high floor and sea facing room. The self-service washing maching and dryer is a plus to stay in this hotel.

Was asked to top up 2k Yen if need to use two beds in the twin bedded room. Suggest Booking.com to make it prominent in booking page to avoid disputes.

This is the perfect location if you have an early morning flight - you can be in the terminal 1 in just three minutes through a direct covered passageway. The price of course fluctuates - I landed on an incredibly cheap rate for my night, but I have never seen any outrageous prices at this hotel. When compared to airport hotels around the world, this place is reasonable and comfortable. There is a 24-hour drink service in the lobby and breakfast in the morning. You can request an extra pillow, and it is super comfortable. There's a kettle and fridge in the room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, and Yukata pajamas are offered in the lobby. Pick yours out before you head to your room.

This hotel is not advertised prominently in the Airport, while the other hotels have signs and directions. A "Comfort Hotel" sign and an arrow pointing out the direction for passengers exiting the International arrivals area would be super helpful, especially late at night when there are very few people around.

Great location, we took advantage of the luggage storage until it was time for our check-in to the hotel and after check-out, too. A basic business hotel that is conveniently located near the airport prior to check-in for our departing flight.

While booking the hotel, it will ask the Card details....i assumed that i already paid the amount....to be frank i have not checked the deduction in my statement. In reception i am saying to the receptionalist i already paid. Shed told, yes many customers confused with this....

Excellent location close to the terminal (100m under cover and travellator available). An 'included' buffet breakfast was plentiful with many choices to suit the guest diversity. The staff were prepared to go out of their way to be helpful and were courteous and friendly. This hotel is the best available at the airport when you consider the amenities, access to the terminal and the cost (with inclusions). We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when accommodation is required at Nagoya Airport.

Short walking distance and all sheltered walk way to the airport. There are even trolley in the hotel so that you could push your luggage from the hotel to the airport. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was great. Short walking distance from the Meitetsu train station to the hotel.
