This was a great spot for a night before an early flight with my 2 boys. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but was enough and included. Shuttle from the airport was easy. It's walkable, but with luggage, we appreciated the shuttle. There are instructions for finding the shuttle on the website. Shuttle starts pretty early in the morning. Family mart was in the building, so that was a big bonus for us needing food and water late at night. Overall, it was an easy stay, and our morning flight was easier to get to after staying near the airport for the night.

It was clear on the website, but the shuttle ends relatively early. If you plan to arrive after 9pm, the shuttle may not be running. Check the schedule on the website.

First time I stayed at Toyoko Inn Chubu airport #2 in March 2023. Very comfortable and totally excellent to stay in this hotel, friendly as good customer services, polite 3 to 4 receptionist at receptions, I'm a smoker and stayed smoking ok room, no smoking odour at all, very tidy, clean, quiet room, I wish I could stay one more night! There's "Family Mart" in downstairs as very convenient! I'll definitely book the room again in near future when I go back to Nagoya. Thank you very much for all the staff in Toyoko inn #2! Keep superb job you do!

Nothing particular. One thing that I had to walk to the hotel with heavy suit case from the Chubu airport Meitetsu station, wish had shuttle bus service even 19:00 to 21:00... Maybe I missed it?!

Room is a little small.

It is a no frills hotel near the airport. Facilities were clean generally and there are konbinis nearby. Shuttle services are available to and from the airport which makes it very easy for travellers getting out of Nagoya. Free breakfast in the morning is a plus but don't expect a feast but a humble spread to fuel your day. Highly recommend if you are leaving Nagoya early in the morning like my group. Room is small but comfortable nonetheless. Really don't expect top notch hotel quality. It is really a roof over your head. Nothing much in the vicinity however there is an AEON mall one train stop away from the airport.

Recent non-smoker and I stayed in a smoking room. Tobacco smell is a little off-putting but generally still bearable. Hot water goes on and off but it's still generally fine.

The hotel is within the airport area. You can get there by walking for 10-15 minutes or by shuttle bus. There are signs showing the way from the terminal exit. The second branch of the hotel is a bit further away than the first branch. There is a healthy and tasty breakfast available & Delicious croissants 🥰Check-in-using the self-service method is convenient. Clean room, comfortable bed, 10th floor view, seeing the sea so beautiful!

The room is a bit cramped.

Its location was perfect for our last night in Nagoya…we didn’t want the hassle of a long subway ride and the anxiety of missing our departure flight. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Chubu Centrair and the ride takes about 10 minutes, so we were able to have a leisurely breakfast (buffet included in hotel room rate). Room facilities were good, tea and toiletries, you pick up at the lobby.

we were a little confused about which building to go to for checking in (there were three)at first but this was understandable.

New and clean

The address lead you to toyoko inn no.1 which is closed. There is no notification and direction to lead people to 2nd floor of tower 2 for check in. The entrance to tower 2 is semi sheltered and inconvenient for offloading luggages when raining. Check in lobby is on 2nd floor of tower 2 should be clearly indicated. Overall stay is good despite the initial inconvenience of locating the hotel.

I mainly booked this hotel because I had a flight at morning, which I didn't want to miss. But I didn't expect the hotel to be this good. From the hotel staff's friendliness, to the room being clean and every necessity being provided everything was top notch. Cherry on top they also provided bus for customers who have booked hotel to catch their flight. I was worried because it was cloudy, and it would rain on the day of my flight. But luckily I was saved. I would say I loved everything.

Breakfast is decent. Staff is attentive, although doesn't go one inch further than mandatory. All is clean and appropriate.

I know I cannot demand this; yet, I needed to check-in early, and staff did not help. I understand, but it would have been an important help to me then.

Hotel is on par with other airport hotels in Japan in my opinion. Room is clean and standard. There is a family mart next to it. Shuttle to airport leaves every 15 mins during the day and 30 mins at night. its. 2-3 min ride.

It is not connected to the airport although the shuttle bus ride is 2 mins away, walking takes 13 mins or so.
