The location and the friendliness of the stuff. The hotel common areas are well maintained and they offer many amenities and gratuities. The bed was big and comfy, comforter kept us warm at night too. You can walk to the temple area and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The metro station is literally right around the corner.

The bathroom. Unfortunately it had carpet which to us was pretty surprising as it is so unhygienic. The bathroom smelled like pee, even though the wc, basin and bathroom itself was very clean, we believe it was just the carpet absorbing all the smell.

Excellent location next to a metro entrance, close to Ueno & can walk to Asakusa but without the crowd n noise of those two places. Booked a Premium Sky Triple but at check in they said it is under repair and gave us a Premium Sky Twin fit with extra 3rd bed, to compensate free breakfast for the 4 nights stay - room bit squeezy but acceptable. Staff service very good and helped arranging takuhaibin service. Air con dripping due to condensation but staffs patched up promptly. I believe even a new or 5 star hotels will have incidents/issues but it is how the staffs react that makes the difference.

The breakfast choice is very limited (3 sets to choose - western, japanese or cereal), after 4 consecutive days, what more can i say. Lucky i didn't pay for it, otherwise much lower score. But i think this cafe is not part of the hotel operation.

Great accessible location which is close to the Ginza line, one Lawson & two 7-11 stores. Seamless process upon check-in & out. Provided great amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap and free wifi. There were, 2 free water bottles, slippers and pyjama shirt as well. Overall, amazing from start to end and there is even free drinks and other amenities in the lobby as well. (P.S they have a stamp that you can collect near the coffee machine)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, being super close to the subway 🚇, and it’s conveniently located along the key Ginza Line. The neighborhood is incredibly friendly, offering a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and noise, yet everything you need is within easy reach. What surprised me the most was the room size; it was more spacious than I expected for Tokyo. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Tokyo. 👍😊

Helpful and polite staff. A great location which was easy to get to from Haneda airport. The hotel was very clean with excellent beds and pillows. An interesting area to explore. Easy walk to historic sites.

A very warm quilt was the only bedding available so we had to turn the aircon temperature quite low to sleep comfortably. This is a very common issue in hotels and we did appreciate that we could adjust the temperature to suit.

We booked a premium twin bedroom, and it is much more spacious compared to other twin bedrooms in other hotels. We can easily open and arrange two big suitcases on the bedroom floor at the same time, which is very convenient. Although the interior may be old, the facilities are complete and sufficient for a comfortable night's sleep for travelers. On the day of our arrival at the hotel, a typhoon hit. Despite originally planning to arrive at 19:00 pm, we ended up reaching earlier at 13:30 due to the typhoon. Fortunately, the reception allowed us to check in as our room was ready. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small snack waiting for us in the bedroom. This thoughtful gesture made us feel giggly and we were truly pleased with the service provided. The location also very convenient! It is really close to Tawaramachi station and there are many convenience stores around. If we want to go to Narita Airport, we can simply walk straight to Asakusa station (less than 10 min), which is not that far.

The clothing hanger is sufficient (there are 4 pcs in our bedroom), but there is no space or rack available to hang it.

The hotel is very accessible to the train station (tawaramachi). Interior is new and allows smart check out.

Since the room is bit small, we find it hard to move around especially if you have a lot of luggages and plans on shopping around. The shower is also not as spacious as you may expect and it can be hard to take a bath especially if you are a tall person. Not much of facilities.

The staff was incredibly helpful and clearly took pride in their work. I left my ring at the previous hotel and the friendly assistant at the counter took it upon himself to arrange for its return and kept me constantly updated regularly. It was also very clear how happy he was to successfully get the ring back to us and that really made us feel cared for. I am sorry I forgot his name but he is a real asset to your business.

There wasn't many places for us to hang wet towels, I would ask for more hooks in the bathroom to hand wet stuff to dry.

It was very functional and was exactly as described. Perfect for solo travel, has everything you need - fridge/desk/bathroom etc. Obviously don't expect luxury but it was absolutely perfect for my needs. No noise from street/other guests, very comfortable bed. Location is ideal, extremely close to convenience stores and train station. 100% would stay again if I was coming back to Tokyo.

Wifi could have been better and was a bit slow at times. Air con was a bit loud.

Very near to the train station. Next to Family mart and 7eleven. Walking distance to Halal Ramen restaurant and the famous Asakusa. We were out all the time and did not request for room cleaning but the housekeeping is very kind to clean our room and exchange the pyjamas and towels on the 3rd day

A little bit smaller than expected
