The room is very spacious compared to standard tokyo Hotels and and the beds and pillows are superb. Plus they have a common area where you can eat your takeout food. You can also refill your tumbler so you dont need to buy water in the combini. And lastly, they were kind enough to grant my birthday request for a room with a view of the tokyo tower plus a sweet treat upon our arrival.

Definitely, great location and a 5-minute walk to the nearest train station. Near donki, near malls, near asakusa and many combinis around the area.

The location was amazing - few minutes walk from the Senso-Ji Temple which is very beautiful. I like the area of Asakusa - it’s nice to walk around with the temple area and has a good vibe but it’s not in a really mad noisy area of Tokyo. I love those areas too but it’s nice to get away! Staff were very friendly. Free coffee & hot drinks in the reception area. I had an amazing view of the Skytree which was great. Very close to Tawaramachi and Asakusa subway stations and lots of shops very close by, like 7/11 and bakeries etc. I really liked it and wished I had booked more nights here and was sad to leave.

The room was relatively small but I’ve come to realise that’s quite normal in Japan, so it’s best to get used to that! I could still open a large suitcase if I moved the desk chair. I didn’t love the breakfast at the time, which is in a restaurant very close by. The western breakfast was an omelette, a small frankfurter sausage, some bacon and some other bits. And lots of thick white bread you could toast and have with butter and strawberry jam. I thought that was quite odd and not that great but it was my first breakfast in Japan and I was comparing it to a classic British hotel breakfast buffet. In hindsight, I think it was quite a normal decent breakfast for Japan. The thick white toast with strawberry jam is definitely a thing here!

The breakfast at both of the restaurants was okay. The location of the hotel was good - close to shopping malls and within walking distance of other attractions

I was disappointed to find that we had to walk to breakfast, and even more disappointed to find that when we booked the extra two nights there was no breakfast voucher included as it was for the nights booked through Trip-a-Deal. Perhaps I misunderstood when I booked the extra two nights, but we were disappointed to find that there was no shuttle service to the airport available. We would have been happy to pay a reasonable price (not taxi prices) if we could have avoided walking to the station in the rain and trying to find our way around the rail system.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the space under the bed was sufficient for our medium sized suitcases (but any bigger and they wouldn't have fit, taking them in and out was a little twisty but fine). Nice lounge, working washing machine and dryer plus s coffee station. Functional kettle and proper cups in the room. Good connection to multiple subway lines. Sumida river and skytree in easy walking distance. Nice restaurants (even vegan and gluten-free options) and a supermarket pretty much next door.

The door to the bathroom was a little too transparent and the room had too many mirrors that all showed that door. The chair for the desk was too big for the space and always in the way. It couldn't be pushed all the way in (falling hazard) or due to the narrow space pulled out far enough to (comfortably) sit on, never mind moving it somewhere else.

The hotel was in a great location in Asakusa. It was really close to Senso-ji Temple, and a couple train stops to Tokyo Skytree. The staff was professional and polite, spoke English so check-in was a breeze. There was free coffee/drinks in the lobby, as well as a quiet room to relax with different vending machines. The hotel was a little smaller than anticipated, but still roomy enough. We got a room with 2 twin beds. There was a long desk which was nice and the beds were on stands so we were able to store our suitcases underneath without it taking up more space in the room. The bathroom was smaller than I thought it was going to be. It was like a cruise ship bathroom with shower only and space for a toilet and small sink. Just enough space.

The bathroom was a lot smaller than I thought. I know I fit in the shower, but a couple times I did bump into the walls because it was so snug. The had washing machines there which was nice, but it was a washer/dryer combo. I think this is normal in Japan or probably even Asia. It was just an adjustment to get my clothes washed and dried.

Value for money. Big room. Good location.

Too much bbq cooking smoke from the restaurant beside the hotel coming into the lobby through the hotel aircon air compression taking in all the smoke. It stink and oil up your face and clothings in a minute. Management should relocate the air compressor to another location with least smoke. Also management should spare a though for the well being and comfort of your staffs who work there all day long. Hotel should be sensible and considerate for people as well as your hotel standard. It’s not a bbq restaurant business.

The hotel is newly built and newly opened. Everything was really fresh and nice. The rooms are small but that is normal in Japan. It's good that you can pick up the amenity you need yourself at the reception. Coffee machine is available at the reception and is included every day. The hotel is well and quietly located, close to kitchenstreet and the Don Quijote 24/7 store. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Tawaramachi station, subway Ginza line. It takes about 30 minutes to go to Ueno station if you go on the JR Pass. I liked the hotel, I will come back again.

The beds and pillows are a little too hard, the duvet is wonderful. But the bed could have been a little softer, it is very hard.

We loved this hotel. Great location for the metro and walking. Close to a 7/11. The staff were lovely, and communal area really nice with a great atmosphere. A friendly, cheerful and vibrant vibe, soft lighting, quiet unobtrusive music - I think suitable to anyone. The 24/7 free bakery was amazing and a real treat. Iced water and tea/coffee on tap. Room was great, and clean. Nice bathroom. Thank you - we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return, and highly recommend.

The hotel in general was pretty good, and there was a very clean lounge with water. However the washroom was a bit small for two people and there wasn't a lot of space to walk around after opening 2 suitcases.

We stayed for a few days and the cleaning services were not that good, they basically just emptied the trash, gave us new robes and left. I was not expecting a linen change, but at least clean up a little bit more than just the bin itself...

This is a great hotel in a very good location. The rooms are a bit small but still comfortable enough. It was very clean and modern. Everything in the room and bathroom was of high quality. They have free nespresso coffee whole day. Very close to the busy area in Asakusa. The staff was always polite and helpful. It took us some time to figure out technology in the bathroom but that's because we haven't seen such a thing before. Overall, great stay.
